DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.

I did a lot of research ahead of our local Atlanta move and was pleased with the reviews and the quote I was provided. They showed up with two men and a truck that was half the size they originally said, which then led to two trips to and from our old place to our new place, adding on an additional 2 hours to our move. The movers also took an hour lunch. This caused us to be charged for 3 additional hours. Throughout the move, they caused so much damage to the walls of our old place, new place, and furniture. I sent them 70+ photos of all of the damage. They originally were super apologetic, saying we would get this resolved without any problems. After 3 months of unresponsiveness with phone calls, emails and texts, and we finally heard back with an offer that was about 10% of the value we told them was damaged. We have sought out legal counsel, but wanted to post this as a warning for anyone looking for movers in the ATL area.

This was probably the best moving experience I have ever had! The movers were punctual, respectful, and very professional. All our stuff made it without any damage. Best money I have ever spent on moving. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, when I phoned the office for an estimate, customer service was on point, had all of my questions answered, and was very knowledgeable. Second, the movers were exceedingly kind, cautious, and competent. C&B Moving Company is highly recommended!
