I came to Burns Automotive in desperate hope to find a tire. My Mercedes Benz has custom rims and one of the tires had worn so badly on the inside that it lost all air in it. Here I was traveling home on Thanksgiving weekend, just my 7 year old and I. This custom rim needed a very hard to find tire. No luck. But here I was allowed to breakdown with just enough air to make it to Burns Automotive Chevrolet in Gaffney, SC. Service Manager Ray Bruce and his team made my problem theirs. Here I was, not even a Chevy owner, and it was almost time for them to close. These guys tried to find a tire for my car for an hour. Finally one of the employees there had a Mercedes with a spare tire which fit on my car! These guys did not have to take on my problem. They not only took care of me but did it in a way they would have wanted someone to do for their own family! Knowing I was not there to buy a car. They knew they weren’t going to make any money off of me. But they cared. And that’s an understatement! All I know is that when it is time to buy my husbands new truck we are going to travel from 2 states away to go here. It is so hard to find sincere people in the car industry. These guys were God sent and I am truly grateful more than words can say for the time they took and kindness they showed!

Went to Burns Chevrolet to get a 2017 Equinox, hate car shopping. I got the best salesman in the business, Scott Young. He actually made buying a car a pleasure. Be sure if you go to Burns Chevrolet ask for Scott, he is waiting to made your experience great also!

From the very first key stoke for my email, to the last handshake on the way out the door, this was the best sales experience I have ever had. I emailed late one Wednesday evening about a truck that I hoped was still on the lot. I laid my head down and could not sleep, as I was nervous the truck was already sold. Suddenly, my phone rang. It was Scott Young, salesman with Burns of Gaffney. He assured me he would arrive early and check on the truck. At 8:00 the next morning, my phone rang. I saw who it was and I got a lump in my throat. I answered and he said the greatest words that I have ever heard. "The truck is still available, it is yours!" I agreed that I wanted it and that I would be there in a couple of hours to do the deal. We worked together to get the deal done before I got to the dealership. When I arrived, the truck was up front and ready to drive. We drove it and he went over everything during the test drive. We got back and made the deal. I was driving off the lot in one hour and twenty-five minutes. I would have missed out on my dream truck if Scott Young and the rest of the sales team. Five Star Team in my book. I cannot thank Scott Young enough!!!

I was towing a boat that I had just bought and my diesel truck was running very poorly down I-85. I called the service dept on a Saturday afternoon. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND and said to bring it by. I cannot stress how INCREDIBLE the entire service staff, and actually the entire dealership was. I give them the highest possible recommendation.
