There is something for everyone out here. The theater seats were very comfy. The staff was friendly too.

Wonderful place to go with your family for fun and good food. Open spaced and not cluttered with games on top of each other. Remember to take socks if your kids are wanting to play on the indoor obstacle course.

I liked it other than someone's child having a nose bleed and the employees not shutting the play area down right away. So other children were touching the blood and even after they cleaned the area they didn't clean it very good because I was still finding blood after "they cleaned it". I told them and nothing got done about it. The guy that cleaned it did a horrible job and didn't do a thorough job. We left after I saw that all of the blood was not gone, and the play area was opened back up. Plus there was blood over by some games that never even got cleaned up. Other than that it is a fun place to take the family.

This place is way over priced. I put $50 on a card for my kids birthday. My youngest wanted to play games while the other two did laser tag. 2 kids for laser tag $14 for less than 15 minutes of time. Before they were even finished my youngest had spent $10 in games. Their bar is the shoe rack at the bowling alley. Who wants to drink next to shoes? And there is really no where too sit when they have birthday partiesoccupying all the tables, we won't be back.

Bowling was awesome. Staff was friendly and attentive. We also played arcade games and saw a movie. You can drop some money at this place, but hey free refills!

We had our son's birthday party at the Big E on a Saturday morning at 10:30. Our party hostess Paige was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was well organized and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly.

Great place to take the whole family. With an arcade, play land, mini golf, laser tag, bowling, movie theater and more it's easy to find something that will interest everyone. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to find something to do. You can't beat the price either with cheap birthday parties and competitive pricing on all their attractions.

Took the kids for the first time for a family fun night and boy was it! Prices are reasonable and there's lots to do. First we ordered food, pizza and bacon cheese fries. I don't know what kind of bacon they use but it was so good and the pizza was great too. Next we hit the putt putt course, even tho it was busy we moved through the course in an hour, hubby won by one point! Next we hit the arcade and won lots of tickets. Had an issue with one game with tickets earned but a staff member was able to see what the problem was and awarded us the tickets won plus some extra for the trouble. Very helpful staff. We cashed in some tickets for prizes and we finished our night. Over all we spent a few hours having fun and still haven't done everything. We plan to go back and do the laser tag, bowling and play place. Would definitely recommend this place for family fun of all ages

Came in and played a few games of bowling with friends. Soon afterwards, we decided to run a few rounds of bumper cars. Here's where the fun begins, we stood in line for close to 15 minutes waiting for someone who looked like they had no interest in working that day to finally sell us tickets. I work in a restaurant, and know that my work is way harder than working at some entertainment center simply clicking buttons on a computer. If you are too lazy to do that, I'm honestly scared to see what you're going to do later in life. Better hope welfare is still around, because you're going to need the hard-working middle class to keep you afloat. Then, finally, after getting our tickets the guy said "We'll meet you guys over there to get the cars set up." So we head over there, and wait, and guess what we wait some more and then after another 10 minutes, I decided to go back to the counter and ask the crowd of "employees" when someone would be kind enough to let us have our five minutes on the track.. what I come to the counter to see is a group of employees talking very audibly about circumcision of all things "Family Fun for Everyone" right? Great conversation for a customer to walk in on Get your act together. Because you just lost another customer. Won't be back. Also, during my entire visit, I saw not one personnel of management. So management show yourself more, and employees, grow up. As I said, I will not be back and will not recommend this "Family Fun" to anyone.

It is a fun and nice place to go to spend time, they have plenty of things to do including arcade, the food is pretty expensive but other than that its fine

Great place for kids and adults. You can play arcades, go bowling, watch a movie, play Lazer tag, let the kids play in the play area, go for a round of mini golf, or try the ropes course. They offer pizza, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and more.

Just left there, went to see a really popular movie that just came out. We knew it was going to be crowded but it was not only crowded but there were about 10 kids in the row in front of me talking so loud I could hear their conversations. One of them even answered a phone call and proceeded to talk for about 5 minutes. Not to mention, there were several workers inside and never said a word. After about 15 minutes, my girlfriend and I finally had enough and we left and got a refund. The guy at the counter was really nice and had no problem giving us our money but the manager came out and not only got an attitude with me but said he had just been in there and hadn't heard or seen anything. And as I tried to explain something to him he walked off while I was in mid sentence. Will never go back.
