Ive bought a vehicle on 30th of sept as of yet still havent received my title . Once they told me they will buy the vehicle back. That was a lie. Then they will refund me $169 transport fee that the driver lost the title. That didnt happen. Bad business practices unfortunately very dissatisfied.

Be prepared to wait. Even though there are heavily staffed, they allow the consumer to wsit unnecessarily.

Hated it! There's no consideration for no ones time. Took an hour to get paperwork .Then 2 more to get the vechines. Im watch truck after truck pull in and out while i sat there.

The people weren't too friendly.. they had 2 people helping customers at the front while about 5 other women at desks behind them just gossiped and talked to each other instead of helping other customers while the line was out the door.. I only had to get my things from my car and I've spent over 2 hours here and I'm still waiting while I write this. Very slow.
