Need work done with the City of Chicago? Don't waste your time trying to figure out the complexities. Hire Burnham and let them cut through the bureaucracy for you. You won't regret itand you might just end up needing to do it eventually anyway. Some of these processes are just not easy.

This firm knows all the ins and outs and then some. Their knowledge is specialized and comes both from the sheer quantity of projects they handle on a daily, weekly, and annual basis as well as the fact that they hire experts who have years working in these niche areas.

I have used them for a building permit, and will be using them again in the coming year for (at a minimum) another building permit, a business license, and a sign permit.

Beyond that, they seem to treat their employees well, which speaks to their corporate culture, and in my experience this care shows.
