Six years ago I purchased a new MKS at Burdick Lincoln. David Scott assured the experience was a delight. I remain very thankful to him.
The entire service staff has been remarkable. They always carefully listen, then strive to complete each job to the highest standard. Often going to extraordinary lengths to satisfy the customer. Recently they have again, gone beyond my hopes to help and please me. I should mention that Lincoln Motor Company it-self, has also been terrific.
Certainly, Randy, Jamie, and now Joe have earned my business and loyalty. It is an honor and a blessing to know these fine people.
The professionalism and expertise is unparalleled. I have now had two exeplery experiences. Joelle is so pleasent! Absolutley amazing. Her level of service remains unmatched. Unbelievebly client oriented. I am thrilled. Jaimee, S/M is leading by great example. Wonderfully accomodating, and always thinking ahead. I am reluctant to make recommendations, with Burdick Lincoln being a tremendous exception. I will now gladly pass several other Ford/Lincoln dealers on my way to receive 5-star, first class service from Joelle and the team.
I am a first time Lincoln buyer and I was very impressed with the operation at Drivers Village. I was taken care of right away and my service rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.
Joel she helped my grandmother out so much, I also work here but she was patient with her knowing my grandmother she’s kind of hard to take in she isn’t from America she’s from the Philippines so she speaks in broken English she doesn’t understand much. But Joel helped her was patient with her even took my grandmother herself over to explain to the people what the situation with out car was. We definitely need more salesman and women like her. A rating 1-10 she definitely gets an 11.
Very helpful service department, especially Randy. He knows the product and is very customer oriented.
I have been a customer with Burdick/Drivers village Lincoln for over 15 years now (from the Rt.11 days) and have always received excellent service. I have owned Lincoln vehicles all my life, and the crew at Drivers Village are a HUGE reason why i'm loyal to the Lincoln brand. Jamie, Randy and Amanda are exactly what excellent customer service means. Keep up the good work!
Wow, what an awesome place with awesome people. I recently had a large amount of work done here on my older Lincoln - a 2009 Lincoln MKX. The car has been great, requiring little else aside from regular oil and filter changes, brakes - you know, the routine maintenance that all cars need. However, it was overdue for some much needed repairs and service that I had neglected for some time. I brought it to the service department at Burdick Lincoln in Driver's Village. It needed a PTU replaced, new shocks and struts, rear brake rotors and pads, emergency brake shoes..typical stuff for a 2009 with more than 100,000 miles here in the north country. Rust is a big deal here. Anyway, it was a lot in parts and labor. I had an issue after the service with a noise and some rubbing. I was sure it was related to the work I had done, and was feeling a little annoyed that I had to take it back. They got me back in right away on a Saturday. Turns out it was completely unrelated to the work I had done. I needed to replace the front brake rotors, as they had rusted and were rubbing and causing the noise. I'd been somewhere else before for a brake service, and they didn't catch it - simply replacing the pads. When the work was done and it was time to check out and pay the bill, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it was free of charge - my reward for being a good customer, and because I had just had a very large amount of work done there with a large bill. Now that is ABOVE AND BEYOND - you just do not get outstanding customer service like that anymore, and it is truly awesome and refreshing when you do! Amanda is one of the most genuine, down-to-earth, and friendly people you can ever hope to meet. Thank you to Burdick Lincoln, Amanda, and to the competent, professional mechanics there for taking care of me and my car. I plan to be a loyal customer.
My salesman name is Alex Petrovich and he was more than exceptional! I didn't have many questions about the vehicle I purchased because it had more than I wanted anyways. Any questions I did have he answered them quickly and in detail. I felt like I was completely catered to and was being given a great deal. If you are interested in purchasing a Lincoln ask for Alex! You won't regret his service. 👌
Service was quick, but turns out they did a crap job detailing it, if they even did at all. There was garbage left in the car, dust and grime in the crevices, and scratches outside that were not touched. Sales man was knowledgeable about the car, for the most part, he got a few facts wrong, but I had already done enough research that I didn't need him to tell me anything. I felt he was a bit pushy, wanting me to make a deal the day I test drove the car even though he was unwilling to bend at all on price. I ended up buying from Burdick Lincoln because they were the only place within 200 miles that had the exact car I wanted. So good for them for having the best inventory, shame on them for everything else. Will revisit this review once i have to take it in for service (which should be covered entirely), we shall see.
OutstandingAlex and Brandon were amazing. ..Alex especially spent as much time as needed to explain the car to my wife. We are not that tech savvy and Alex was very patient with usthis is our 13th vehicle from Burdick but definitely the most high end. MKX is an awesome vehicle.
