The food here was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. It's crazy busy, so make sure your party is all there at the same time and grab seats where you can. We got to try a few menu items, but found ourselves gazing longingly at other people's orders passing by. I'm excited to go by again and grab some local Bull City products from the market section.

My first time in to have breakfast this past weekend. I ordered the pulled pirm hashbrowns which were ok but would have been much tastier if the pork had any seasoning on it at all. We also had an omlette as well as a latte and iced coffee which were tasty. Just a bit pricey for what you get.

It was O.K. Went for the Mimosas only to find out we couldn't get served one until after 12. The food was mediocre. The service was good.

I did not really like the food. My strawberry banana smoothie was okay, it's just the bananas was over powering the rest of the fruit. My omelette was a little dry.

Really good lunch spot. Great salads with fresh ingredients. It's very convenient to my work and a nice treat for lunch!
I was there for a late lunch today and they had a maintenance man spraying something along the floor. I think management should request this done after hours. It was a little unappetizing to see it done while eating! I'm not sure what was being sprayed, but it made me worry that there was the risk of chemicals and food mixing.response / report this review -

Great spot for brunch any day of the week, but their weekend brunch specials are usually worth the drive. Food quality can be a bit inconsistent -- sometimes under cooked, sometimes perfect, and some times burnt. Their Counter Culture coffee drinks are always great, particularly the iced coffee that comes as frozen ice cubes.

Bull Street Gourmet is a upscale cafe offering a pleasant indoor area with tables and a bar as well as outdoor seating. My experience is weekday lunches where I normally get a salad or soup. The food has always been good and prepared to a high standard. They also offer gourmet grocery items and prepared meals.
