After getting a coupon for a free appetizer at the Steelers game, we decided to eat here after the game before leaving town. However this was impossible as the restaurant was closed at 5pm on a Sunday. Their posted hours were until 9pm, and we could see employees inside, so we called the phone number only to be told they had just closed for the daywith no explanation and only a cursory apology. Certainly a bad end to our first weekend in Pittsburgh, and disappointing since we had heard the food was good!

Stopped before a show at PPG, really good food, and drinks. More food than we could eat. Staff was really friendly. Comfort food!

Thought this would be a good choice before EWF concert at PPG, but very disappointing. All-around poor service. If they're going to be in a prime location, they shouldn't take advantage of the customer by holding them hostage. And really, an Attendant in the Ladies Room! Have your dollar bills ready for a tip.

Easily one of the worst places in Pittsburgh.
I took my son there before a WWE event for dinner and our food wasn't freshly made. My chicken sandwich tasted like it came fresh from the dumpster. My son didn't eat his dinner, his hamburger tasted like failure and tears. I would of liked a refill, but the waitress only came to our table ONE time.

Had to wait quite a while after being seating. Host came back and got our drinks. After that the service was pretty good.
We got burgers, shrimp po boy, fries and nachos. The nachos were good. Burgers were just OK. Po boy sucked, only 4 little shrimp on it and bread was very crusty. Fries were not hot.

Starting off by saying that it was NOT busy and not during any game. Two stars because the food was actually really good. It would have gotten five if the service wasn't so sub-par. 35 mins for the food to come out and when it did, no apology or anything. Just dropped the food and left. Asked for the checks and when they came back, no "thanks for stopping by" or anything at all. Even the host who sat us had no personality or seemed like she wanted to remotely help us.
Zero personality from the staff, but the food was pretty good.

Dude. This place was awful. Im not one to complain about restaurants but I had to make a statement on this one. We went on a non home game day (pens), and we got charged what the waiter referred to as "game day prices". Apparently they have two versions of their menus, my wife got one version and I got the other. Our bill was heavily inflated. We wouldnt have minded had the food been good, but it was not. The only things that were decent was the fries and appetizer.. At the normal prices of course. Long story short, dont try and charge $15 for chicken fingers and fries, and forget my cole slaw on top of it.

Busy on a hockey night. Food was good. We had the Pulled Pork nachos, Shrimp PO Boy and Margarita Pizza. Good service under the circumstances.

Went in early before the game, received terrible service, it long waiting for menus, drinks and the bill. The food came out quickly. I ate 4 out 12 Cajun wings because the wings were terrible; they tasted soggy like they had been cooked a week before and reheated in a hotel microwave before serving them to me. 30 minutes later, I am currently blowing the toilet up at the Cambria Hotel, Room 409 (sorry for the mess) I will never go back to this establishment.

Nachos were great! Seating and TV were plentiful. Service was crazy slow. We were the only couple in the bar and it took 20 minutes for the Nachos and we had to wait a while to get refills on our beers. If the service was faster and better easily a five star place.
