  Gabe's Deli and The Kettle Co. gourmet popcorn department are my two favorite stops at Buehler's IGA. Gabe's Deli has everything you need from fried chicken, chicken tenders, deli sandwiches and meats plus dozens of hot and cold sides and salads. They also have a salad bar, fountain drink machines and an area to enjoy your lunch.

  Bakery is pretty much a joke. My wife ordered a Birthday Cake for me 4 days before the intended date. It was a 40th birthday so she put a lot of thought into it. A very nice personal cake was ordered with decor and inscription. The lady said it would be ready by 4 o'clock on the day of my birthday. We arrived at 5 that day to pick it up, not a soul was in the bakery, she waited 10 minutes before i was able to summon someone to assist her. The manager came to the bakery and she informed him of her order, he spent a good while (maybe an additional 10 to 15 minutes) searching for the cake that she had ordered. The order was there and he told her that the cake had been made but was nowhere to be found. The decorator apparently was not able to be contacted either. The manager was very polite; and i imagine incredibly embarrassed he offered us any cake we would like on the house. It was the best he could do and we understood. However if we wanted a generic birthday cake we could have just selected one to begin with. I wanted to just leave but we picked a small cupcake cake that was not comparable to the one we had ordered just to go. Overall it was a terrible experience.If it were a childs birthday cake someone should be held accountable for this horrible experience needless to say we will not be returning to buy low for any future party needs.
