Horrid customer service and service overall! Called because I had no heat and was told a technician would come access the problem. Technician had no interest on helping me solve the problem and stated I needed a part and would come back the following day to help. He didn’t know when the part would be in nor did the poor horrible customer service reps. My home is beyond freezing and all the help I kept hearing from there were “we don’t know when the part would be in but we would call you when it’s in”. Hmmm well let me just freeze in my own home while you guys do nothing about it and not be proactive. Technicians at this poor company are paid off commission SO BE AWARE! They will tell you that you need something when in fact you don’t just so they can line their pockets with cash. Please make sure you get a second opinion on their work because chances are they’re wrong and just want your money. Technician a few years ago said we needed a $2k part but indeed we didn’t and we knew it. He lied to our faces and our air conditioning was working just fine. Stay away from these greedy money grabbers

We called Buckeye Heating and Cooling because we noticed that our furnace was putting out too much heat. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees but the temperature in that part of the house was 85 degrees. They sent Terry the same day. He ran all the diagnostic tests and cleaned the filter (it isn’t disposable and wasn’t that dirty). He could not locate any problems and we will keep an eye on things. We appreciate Terry’s honestly and professionalism. He has been to our home before. We would recommend without hesitation.

Brent was friendly and efficient, clearing our concerns. He maintained covid precautions during the entire appointment. The company expects employees to wear shoe covers in the house. The company works hard to offer quick services with very qualified employees. Don't hesitate to use Buckeye Heating and Cooling.

They were late for their maintenance window, lied about how they were writing the invoice review, they are a walking joke. Don't use them, I would be afraid to have them actually do a repair.

We want to compliment Buckeye Heating, and, in particular their tech, Jimmy. He went above and beyond standard service by being willing to come to help out at odd hours and weekends. He persisted until he solved our rather unusual problem. His motto must be 'the customer comes first. Ordered heat pump unit about 2 yrs ago. When they came to instal they brought the wrong unit (knowingly) and then knowingly didn't bring the heating aspect of it bc the owner felt that he would just give me that part a few months later. After pulling him in to get involved the situation eventually got fixed. Then I find that I only need to service my unit once a year but buckeye will only check the heat part bc "it's winter" it was 70 yday right? The only reason I chose these guys is bc Costco had a nationwide sale that no one else could come close to. If I could order things and not have a middle man like buckeye that would be fantastic.
