Recently purchased a Dodge Journey for my wife and she is very pleased. All the staff at Paul Sherry were great to work with, specifically our salesman Steve Seiss and GM Len Clark. There was only one small issue with the hands-free software (needs an update), but the service department is working on a resolution. My wife also commented that when she went back into the dealership to pick up the spare key, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The difference between simply good and great are in the details. Purchased a Dodge Ram online, very painless and straight-forward, Cody was my salesman. Great communication and customer service. Flew in to pick up the vehicle, was met immediately at the airport and was on my way with my new to me truck with a full tank of fuel; floor protected with plastic because of the recently snowy/wet conditions; did not have to wonder if I needed to get an oil change right away since the service sticker from Sherry indicated it was just serviced - one less thing to worry about. Attention to detail made the difference.

One of the easiest purchases I every made, and a great deal to boot.

We recently made a purchase from Paul sherry and were very pleased with the service we received. Savannah Reece was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were purchasing, and was not pushy on getting the sale. A pleasure to work with. Even though we made the purchase late in the evening, they were able to pull some strings and get it filled up with gas before we took it home. Will definitely consider for future purchases.

Nate was very helpful in helping me pick out the right vehicle. If i owned a car lot, I'd hire Nate as my own employee. He is awesome and deserves a 6/5 star rating. Great guy.

I wouldnt, however, hire the guy in the financial department. The one that tells you that you can get warranties for a dollar more a month after you have declined all of his other offers..and then takes $600 EACH out of your down payment. Hiding things is a very distasteful sales technique.

I planned on being a lifer at Paul Sherry since it is right down the street. I have 3 members of the family that have made purchases there in the last year. But i truly don't think we'll be back.

Everyone there helped me through everything with buying my first car and didn"t look at me as some young kid they could take advantage of. Kevin was very helpful in helping us purchase our used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on how to work all the" bells and whistles" featured on the truck. It was a low key sales approach and no pressure to buy. When we picked the truck up it was ready as promised. The financial department was organized and we were out of there and on the road. We are completely satisfied with our new vehicle.

Steve Was very attentive in finding what I was looking for on my last visit and we closed the deal that day and I left the dealership with the car I wanted. I just bought my new car here within the last week. I was very nervous about finding a car since I was rushed into buying a new one by my old one quitting on me. I went to a dealership in sidney and was very uncomfortable and felt as if all the salesman cared about was getting the clearly damaged car off the lot. We left and went to Paul sherry. We were greeted by Michael and immediately felt much more comfortable and welcomed. I test drove the car I purchased and we noticed it had a small issue with the sun roof rubber, they were more than happy to take the car to Toyota for me and get it repaired. It ended up not being an issue really at all, just a couple of lose clips but they gave me a car to drive while mine was being repaired with no question what so ever. My boyfriend and I agreed that we will be going directly to Paul sherry from now on. The manager came over and personally chatted with us while we were waiting on some paperwork and was very genuine. Michael was great about keeping me informed and didn't have any problem with me changing my mind on my down payment 3 times. He is awesome and I would recommend the dealership to anyone who wants good deals and good service!

I have just bought another vehicle from Nick Ruiz, and crew. Our second vehicle in 6 months. Nick is very attentive and answered all our questions. Had a couple of minor issues with the wipers and he took care of those for us right away. Both vehicles are running great.
