Terrible place to buy a used car. My husband and I are senior citizens.. They sold us a used car that had problems from the day we bought it and refused to fix it and refused to help pay to fix it.. We now have it at a reputable Chrysler dealership and it is being fixed right now including the purge valve that Bryant said they replaced and did not. This car has so many problems. It is pretty obvious that when they buy auction vehicles they do not go through them and make repairs like they say they do.. They just sale them and rip people off. They lie about what they have done to your vehicles when you take it in to be worked on.
Sad part about this we just wanted to be treated fair and the owner was very rude when he spoke to us and said you test drove it and you bought it. He is right we did both and now it will be well taken care of and be repaired at our expense and not by crooks.

I have always had great customer service at Bryant Motors especially with the service dept. Kudos to Eric and Mark and the rest of the crew. Had to have some brake work done and they did a wonderful job of taking care of me. They made sure everything was running smooth again so I could take my Escape home. I purchased it at Bryant's 4 years ago and still love it. They even let me borrow a lender car while mine was in the shop. I've known Kyle for a long time and he really cares about his customers and staff. Thank you again for all you do and I would definitely recommend Bryant Motors for all your vehicle needs.

Sales is a joke. They are overpriced and give you a fraction of what your vehicle is worth on trade. I had good expieriences with the service department. Bottom line.shop around.

False advertising! Very illegal! I received an AD in the mail for the “Tent Event” here in Osage beach. The AD states that “No-one can offer you more than we can” That was a lie. They Only offered me $2,500-$3,500! My car is worth twice that amount! I Mentioned to them I researched their cars on their lot and they sell cars like mine with high miles for $10k-16k. They tried to tell me that I had “Discrepancies” on my vehicle. That was a lie. I brought them my CarFax history report showing proof and they got nasty with me. They had a bunch of welfare parents in there who don’t have jobs and talk to the ones who earn their OWN income! Don’t buy a car from these scammers. They don’t care about the customer and promising their AD’s to 100% approval. Bad credit. No credit. A corporate dealership offered me $7,000 on my 2012 Chevy Cruze LT/RS Limited Edition. They only want you if you are incomed by the state.

bought a new Dodge Ram from Josh. I love this truck and it was the easiest buy I have ever made. I couldn't get to them so they came to me with the truck. I just had a "routine" service appoitment for my Town and Country Van. As usual, I was greeted by a number of familiar, friendly faces throughout the visit. The service department quickly finished the maintence and all points check as well as diagnosed the noise issue I was experiencing with a simple cabin filter change. I trust that my van is getting the best care possible and appreciate the warm welcome I always receive any time I visit.

I you're off my jeep that I trade it in a 2015 chev. The finance manager added a service contract after the fact of me buying the vehicle. Now I've paid the car off I still haven't gotten my title because the dealership after the finance manager argued with me did reverse and credit back the service policy that she added on without my permission. And I've gotten four phone calls as sounds like a collection call and then they say oh my you've paid off your vehicle but I still haven't gotten a title because of the finance manager that added the service contract that I did not approve. I was going to pay off my Chevy track then have to buy tires. So just a small amount over the price of the tires I drove away with a 2017 with brand new tires. The deal was awesome. The finance manager and The sales person was not the best, I asked for assistance to get info to the ILS dealership and he said, Do it my self . Said the dealership was impossible to get to do it for me. Now I do have the second key to my Chevy truck that I sold them and I would be happy to turn that in for a second key to my Jeep Patriot

Came in to get some warranty work done. Took 3 trips from whiteman to get a weather strip replaced. Also waited over a hour for my title and the was just ignored. Not too impressed with this place.

My 80-year-old mother received a mailer and was SO excited she won a color TV. I made sure she understood all the prize rules before we drove out from Kansas City to pick it up with her. We double-checked the printed rules and it appeared she really did win the TV. Got to the dealership to find a huge line of people that also "won" that same TV. Turns out the fine print was VERY misleading, including the confirmation call you were required to make. We made that call and her prize was confirmed - which turned out to be a cheap plastic watch that everybody walked out with, usually either ticked off or heartbroken like my mother. It definitely reinforced that "used car dealer" stereotype - and a desire to avoid this one in particular.

I bought a used 2012 Ram 3500. Josh was a pleasure to deal with. I bought the truck as is, but the fixed a ball joint, without charging me. They even loaned me a vehicle to grab lunch, while the truck was being repaired.

I am not one to write reviews often but kudos to Bryant Motors and the entire operation. I have continued to have great experiences at Bryant Motors from the overall purchase process through the service and great follow up. In my most recent experience, their team we able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop with an unplanned service, provided me a vehicle to make my appointment, and had me back in the seat with no interruption to my scheduled events. I continue to place my trust in their team and they haven't let me down yet. Good work!

Invited me to do an appraisal, wasted two hours of my time, and after they said they'd call back they never did. Also blew smoke up my friends ass just to get her down to the dealership to sell her a car she didn't want. I will never do business with this dealership, I won't recommend them to anyone, and I will tell my coworkers in my corporation not to go there.

Bryant Motors was so helpful with my first vehicle purchase! The salesmen were extremely helpful and knew so much about each car. I was able to get the car I wanted at the PRICE I wanted. The purchase procedure was easy and the staff was incredibly friendly! It is a one stop-shop for your purchase and maintenance! Their used car inventory was top notch.
