Worst service ever. I wouldn’t have given this one star too. There was no service at the lane. We had to self order the drinks and food at the bar. The drinks was not served, we carried it ourselves. The food reached us only after we completed the game. The complaints were also not taken seriously and they responded very rudely. The fries we received was so oily that we could all end up in hospital. I have the pics. It was such a sad experience. I am posting this sitting right here in Bowlero Mechenry Buffalo Groove

Good food lots of games for kids, laser tag, and a nice bowling experience, reasonable prices
I had several birthday parties for my son here, it's a pretty good deal for the price.

One of my favorite places to go bowling. Its always so much fun because this is not your typical bowling alley. Its clean, newly renovated and has a lot of the newer equipment that my friends and I enjoy! The food was fantastic and the drink specials they have are amazing as well. Especially on Tuesday's ! Strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a great times with friends or family!

Well first we went in the lady in the counter explained the offers for the day. We picked the open game ( where do you play as much as you want) we went to our lane and wait about 10 min and i pressed the service button. A person came and said that Sammy will be our waiter. We started bowling and on our game six I went to the customer service desk to ask for our server. It was a birthday party next to us and all the service went there. Almost finishing the game the waiter came to asked for our drinks again. Overall experience: the worst, no care for customers.

We just walked out of the bar. Two bartenders walked past us at least 8 times and never acknowledged us. When the girl finally spoke to us she had zip personality and kept walking away. We finally walked out. Such a disappointing experience.

places very dirty, their stuff needs to be little bit more professional and get back to the memory when they open this location there was unbelievable that was great really great service that was nice and clean everybody were smiling today it is go down so quick it is shame. Restaurant on site pretty much waste of time and money and your aggravation I highly recommend not to order any even appetizer from this place we have give them chance so many times that we have giving up

I was here on a Tuesday evening with a friend and we bowled three games. Even though there were some technical issues with the lanes, the service was excellent, the facilities clean, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Our lane was acting up, not lifting pins, not resetting pins after strikes, etc, so the manager moved us to another lane. He was very apologetic and ended up discounting the games and giving us a few free credits for air hockey. I would definitely recommend.

It's a party center, kids, groups, outings they do this to order.

This place is NOT about league bowling, or even practice if you enjoy the sport of bowling.

Remember to bring extra cash, prices are slightly higher here, and the redemption game room can get add up.

Clean, nice lighting, leather and cloth couches. Watched a movie while my son was attending a birthday party. I like the game arcade, it's a fun place.

Lane approach was "sticky". Was unable to actually bowl. Kids had fun, since they just roll the ball down the ramp. Did not appreciate the $1 charge for a card to play the arcade games. Chuck E Cheese is a better deal for that.
