G. Stone Motors, Inc. are an accredited and trustworthy dealership unlike most others across North America. Their staff are very good people who gives exceptional services to meet your needs in sales, finances, parts and services. Their service department are excellent and I usually have the same service technicians working on 2016 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost for oil changes and multipoint inspections. They really know my car best as opposed to private shops and usually get the job done right the first time. There was one common issue my Fusion had a few days after I purchased it brand new. I brought it back and they assured me that it the parts would be replaced under warranty and my car would be fixed right the first time. If you ever buy a brand new or certified used Ford at G. Stone Motors, Inc.; purchasing the Ford Extended Service Plan is well worth it. G. Stone Motors, Inc. service department will wash and vacuum your vehicle with your consent for free. As long as you purchase a vehicle from them, they will do the annual state safety inspection for free. I have had the pleasure of meeting Gardner Stone once and he is a pretty decent guy. Todd Stone is also a decent guy who always give me a warm welcome every time I stop by for a visit. Fred McAtee is decent salesman. I know that most brand new cars don't come with a spare tire. However, Fred was honest and opened up the trunk of my Fusion before I bought it to make sure it has everything I needed even if it comes standard or optional. Tara Raymond is super nice and very helpful in meeting my financial needs on my Fusion. Trudy Parker in the service department is always helpful and meets my needs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend G. Stone Motors, Inc. for all of your vehicle needs. Seriously they will take ANYTHING for trades toward a new or certified used Ford vehicle.

We buy them at G. Stone Motors and get them serviced at G.Stone Motors for a reason. The service department is impeccable and they always treat us fairly and with the utmost respect. Decent folks that are friendly and down to earth.

Had an excellent experience leasing my Ford Escape from G Stone Motors. Everyone was courteous and friendly, no one was pushy and there was not the run around we have experienced at other dealerships.

This is a nice car, roomy, comfortable, efficient. After a year and 10,000 miles, it is averaging 39.6 mpg. The best mileage happens between 40 and 45 mph; at highway speeds it declines. My main objections are about the windows. The controls easily open the windows all the way, but it's really hard to open them just a little bit. Also, if you open the windows when driving relatively fast, your ears will be buffeted by pressure changes. This is annoying if you like fresh air.

I have been doing business at G stone motors for 29 years. I bought my first car from them and all most a dozen since. They have built my trust , respect, and loyalty from all ways going above and beyond. The parts, sales and especially the service department is a place I feel very comfortable.

#1A place to do business. Outstanding service, exceptional friendliness. I took an older lady with me while my car was being serviced. She has lost most of her sight. She said she couldn't see who they were but all these different people stopped and said hello and asked how she was doing. She was very impressed and smiling ear to ear. I recommend everyone I talk to, to do business at G. Stone Motors, rather than in the Burlington area where I live, much better service and great to do business with when I purchased my Escape to say nothing of better prices. I now lease and will continue to use G Stone every 3 years. Escape is a great car, also.
