Our family came in today to see 4Wheelers for our kids. There's plenty of variety and styles to fit each one. We were assisted by Mr.Javier Perez, who was awesome every step of the way. He was patient and very informative. He knew what he was talking about and had an answer for all of our questions. He assisted us perfectly from beginning to end, we will definitely return for more toys! Thanks Broward Motorsports of Palm Beach and again, thank you Javier !

Thank you Ross Ritter for directing us in the right direction. You were the only salesperson who cares about helping making the right choice. My son wanted a 150r. I wasn’t sure that was the right choice. One sales person said sure. But no you analyzed the situation and due to your experience guided us with confidence and expertise. My son is loving the bike you suggested and is safe. You are the best and I plan on making all my referrals and recommendations to you! Thank you for saving my kids life vs making a sale. Thank you!!

Just left Broward Motor Sports of West Palm Beach purchased my kids their first Honda Crf 110f, had the best experience ever. Barry Ortiz and Big Pete worked their magic, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these two guys to everyone looking to visit Broward Motor Sports.

Barry helped us with getting two dirt bikes and a Honda Grom bike. I will say he was so helpful and kind to me and my dad! Top class service and funny guy, making the dreadful big money purchase way more enjoyable for everyone. We needed to be in n out pretty quickly and he was so respectful of that he was even running across the store to print the papers we needed. Definitely loved the hustle with no stress involved! Thank you Barry!!!!!

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Hands down they took care of me the best after I called 6 others dealers around Florida and got the run around. Ross called me back every time he said he would. Not only did he call me back, he had several options for me. I drove 2 hours from home to get the bike from this dealer because they told me the truth from beginning to end. Pete, the sales manager made the deal happen without any issues. Ended up buying a 6 seater Polaris SxS. Well worth the drive.

Came to look at the Honda rebel 500 to buy. The dealer has no bike available to test ride, not even the key available to see what bike has to offer. Asked the sale man is there a 500 with ABS available. Was told that the rebel 500 no need ABS because it doesn't go fast enough. . . Then the sale man turn and ask if I want to buy the bike today.

Had an awesome experience at Broward Motorsports WPB location ! Junior was my sales associate and really helped make it an easy, straight forward purchase, no games like you can get at other dealerships. To top it off my bike was delivered the same day even though I left the dealership around 4pm. Highly recommend Broward Motorsports and Junior. I'll be returning for maintenance going forward and any new bikes in the future.

As promised we'd leave a review, some good, some bad - ALL TRUE! Looking for a Birthday present for my hubby and really wanted him to be excited about the experience so I did all the prelim work and details before I got there to make it easy and fun for him so I thought
So disappointing! After speaking with Javier at the West Palm Motors Sports on Friday and telling him my range and absolute highest price that I was paying cash for a slingshot he said no problem come in and we'll work it out. He said they needed to move the 2017s and that he'd have everything ready since I said we could do all of the paperwork and have it ready in an hour. So Friday I told him we were only interested in the black and the silver slingshot and we'd be there Saturday morning and I called when I was 1/2 away so he could be "ready for us" we got there and now the car had been turned into the demo, great extra discount right?! He said yes Until the paperwork and then no extra discount! We looked at the black one, then asked to see the silver which on the website was picture perfect, but Then he didn't know where the silver one was! He and another guy had to go find it.. Another 15 minutes they found it after literally running up and down the street at their "service centre off premises" then it wasn't even completely assembled! OK so let's take the black one for a test drive - and they couldn't find the keys for over 45 minutes! Leaving us in the heat and didn't even offer us water, kept saying it will only be a minute. So much for being prepared for us. Then we sat down, and the tactics began he told me he couldn't do anywhere near 23k I said then why am I here? I drove 45 minutes because I told you my range in cash and you said we could make it work and then upon arrival the black one we wanted was then deemed a demo Supposed to be even more of a discount but nope! All the jokes and don't worry we'll take care of it went out the door - and so did we! Very frustrated I wasted my time in trying to be loyal to this salesman and the manager didn't even bother coming out with their last and final that was above the budget I had originally said and without all the extras Javier promised. All in all typical sales, lies and frustrating experience!
Update: Upon receiving the managers email about my visit and experience I emailed back - I just got a response but not from the manager from the same sales rep that caused all this to being with! lol annnnnd for the record we ended up less than 500 apart after I came from the budget he said he could work within and without the extras he promised!response / report this review -

Worst experience ever, was trying to buy a side-by-side. I made an offer of $11k which they accepted, next thing you know they tack on freight fees, dealer fees etc. And the total cost was over $18k. Went up to central Florida and purchased the same machine from another dealer out the door for just over $10k out the door. Don't waste your time with these guys, they are crooks.

Well I will definitely say that this will be my go to shop in the area. There customer service is beyond what I expected and then some! In addition, came in to get one thing and some other issues were pointed out that I wasn't aware off and not even the shop I typically deal with went the extra mile in even telling me. To me that goes beyond service and customer care! Even helped me out when I didn't expect it. Name anyone who comes close in this region and you'll still be still scratching your nogging for sure.

Javier is AWESOME! I drove all the way from Coral Springs because of their large selection and courteous attitude. Everyone there has an awesome sense of humor and enjoy working there. Javier took my call, honored our appointment and valued my time. He showed me a few bikes on the floor despite knowing I had my eyes set on one just to make sure I was getting what I truly wanted. He listened to my needs and kept within my budget. He worked with me to make sure I got the financing I needed and was satisfied with my purchase. While financing was going on, he took me to their shop to find a perfect helmet. While I was there, Barry listened to what I had in mind and showed me a great Modular helmet that fit perfectly. They took care of me and gave me a price cheaper than Revzilla! Awesome people there. This was my first time purchasing a motorcycle and I went in feeling intimidated and walked out feeling like a member of their extended family. Thank you Javier!!

Even though I bought the motorcycle from them, they wanted to charge me twice as much to mount and balance new tires because I bought the tires elsewhere. Additionally, the parts department's favorite line is 'We can order that for you" as they keep nothing in stock. Go elsewhere for your parts, service, and motorcyclessave yourself $$$ and aggravation.

Absolutely top notch BMW dealership. A competitor dealership did not have the color I wanted. I called Broward Motorsports and right away Charles jumped on board and got me what I wanted at a super price!
Financing was a breeze, the finance manager was fantastic and explained everything in detail. The bike delivery was flawless, shined up and with a full tank of gas. Again, Charles was very attentive, professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this dealership for a New BMW and the other fantastic brands they sell. I love my 2017 Triple Black R 1200 GS Adventure. I should also mention a young gentleman who I did not get his name was very helpful in finding me the right helmet and gloves, Gave me a great discount and I was very happy. The next day, Charles was kind enough to call and see how the bike was and if I needed further assistance to contact him right away. Excellent customer service.
