    This place has really went downhill. It had roaches, bad. The towels were dirty looking with stains all over them and was taken by housekeeping service on Monday and Thursday early that morning not to be returned until late in the afternoon. They had to wash them and give them back to you and you hardly got a handtowel, bathmat, or 2 washcloths back. They never changed my sheets the whole 2 weeks I stayed I had to ask for the sheets myself and they had burn holes and looked old and tattered. You pay what they decide to charge you for the week. It changed from $250 a week to $55 dollars a night if you had to pay by night instead of by the week. Everyone that worked there lived in the hotel, even the foreign owners that are from India. The water was lukewarm upstairs in room 247. There was so many issues that I could go on and on. I do not recommend the stay, it isn't worth $250 a week! It should be condemned like all of Newtown area will be eventually.

    It's dirty, has multiple bugs, managers barely speak English, and housekeeping doesn't speak English at all. Drugs being bought, sold, and used EVERYWHERE on the property, prostitution You name it, this disgusting place has it!

    You couldn’t shut water off in either bathtub or sink. One wash cloth looked liked they mopped the floor with as it was black. Towels felt like drying with sandpaper. One security lock on door was broken.

    Don't go here!!!!
    If I could give this place zero stars I would. The first room we got the a/c didn't work. The second room it was roaches and the a/c was broke. The third room was were I got eaten up by bed bugs. The women at the front desk lied and try to say their wasn't bed bugs. The fourth room was the air conditioner. We had to get our fifth room recommended to us by the maintenance man. We finally got a good room. They don't have extra towel and the tvs barely work. I would never stay here again. Don't waist your time and money.

    I didn't like this place at all it was filthy. And you had to go up to the desk to get your remote because of all the trashy people that go there. And a lot of the people there broke stuff and all the people are just ghetto and trashy. Don't go here

    Everyone here has been extraordinary. Just stay to yourself and don't trust all guests. BUT the staff is wonderful!

    2 stars is actually more than fair, considering the following;

    1. Poor wifi connection throughout the entirety of the place.

    2. Water pressure wasn't the best I've experienced either.

    3.Most rooms don't even have a mini fridge or a microwave, meaning you have to go into the lobby to cook your beloved hot pockets.

    4. Lastly, the staff constantly bang om your doors if you're not trying to spend another night there, repeatedly waking me up multiple hours before the deadline.

    With all this said, i should be giving this 1 star, but I'm feeling a bit lenient today.

    Not only is there no Continental breakfast or seasonal pool, everything is falling apart and we had to be moved twice because the air conditioner did not work. Evidence of roaches. When we asked for a refund because we thought breakfast and a pool would be included we were rudely told no. Lady at the front desk was a sweetheart but owners were flat out horrible. Several guest stay weekly. They allowed my dog but tried to over charge me. Another guest came to my defense pointed out a sign for pet fees and asked why I was being charged an extra twenty bucks. Several guest were complaining about bug bites. We paid for three nights and ended up leaving after the second. Place is falling apart. Stairs were falling in. I don't see how this place is passing inspections.
