We stay at this Red Roof every year as it's halfway between a location we visit each year. We've never really had a bad experience here. Pet friendly, rooms are always clean, area is pleasant and quiet. Just wish they had some sort of breakfast available, but still a decent place to stop overnight for a halfway decent price.

This Red Roof has been recently renovated, at least on the lower level which have plus feature, refrigerator and microwave. Lower level is more expensive that the "regular" rooms on the upper level. The lower level rooms are quite nice, good for a traveler wanting a place to sleep comfortably.

The room was very clean. However, I had to pay additional money for amenities like a microwave to heat up my baby's bottle where most other hotels include that in your standard room price. They do not include breakfast, you could feel the springs in their pillow top mattress. Their pillows were harder than anything I've ever used before, and left me with a knot in my back for a 12 hour drive home. For over $90, I would expect a little bit more from a hotel. In my honest opinion, drive past the exit and find a different Hotel.

It was pet friendly and we needed that. The rooms were all recently redone. The room smelled clean and was very neat. I really liked the "wood flooring". Added a nice upper-scale feel. We stopped while on the road and were happy they had a room. Affordable as well. Our bulldog approved ;)

the only complaint is that the rooms could be a bit cleaner. Dust visible around carpet edge by beds, and found several bottle caps under the beds on our recent stay. Otherwise we love the rooms and the accommodations. Very comfortable beds, location and accessibility is fantastic and convenient to gas and food. Will always recommend this lodging!

This is a pet friendly motel which was what I needed for our family hurricane evacuation. They have a nice area to walk the dogs and also supply pooped bags. The rooms are very small and there is only one chair. It is clean and staff are pleasant. Lots of restaurants in the area.

This is a great no-frills hotel for my frugal traveling. The updated rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

I can't count how many times I stay here. 3 nights in the last week alone. It is furnished well, but not crowded. The staff are always awesome. It is very clean and comfortable. A lot of places you can walk to for good or shopping.

Nice pet friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative about my stay is, no in room coffee pot. They do have it available at the front desk though.

Very helpful staff. Large dog walk area allows for entry and exit on a few spots. Rooms were kinda small but suited our overnight just fine.

Great 4-night stay! We had 2 rooms on the second level. The elevators made for easy access with older pets. The staff was very friendly, as were other guests there with their pets. There were 2 dedicated dog walking areas, well kept and stocked with pick-up bags.

The rooms were fairly new, very clean and stocked with fresh supplies. Unfortunately, the basic rooms don't include refrigerator or microwave but that information isn't a secret.

If you're looking for pet-friendly lodging near Statesville, look no further!

Driving late, pulled over as it was convenient. And, what a nice surprise.
Clean, spacious, renovated rooms. I like curb side parking when you
want to check in and check out in a hurry. Friendly staff, and who can
beat their prices. Adjacent to a mall that has an EXCELLENT Chinese restaurant. Had take-out, to bed, and back on the road early.

We arrived in the very early morning after a long drive and were welcomed and allowed to sleep past checkout time. Room was clean. We noticed hard floor without carpet and thought that was an excellent idea when traveling with pets for easy cleanup. Bed was very comfortable and room well cared for or maybe recently updated. There was no cigarette smell in the room; a truly smoke free smelling room (we have stayed in other red roof inns in the past n even when we were told it was smoke free, someone had obviously smoked in those rooms ). We would definitely stay there again.
