Worst customer service ever. After standing in line to pick up my called in order I was basically berated by the rude New York chick behind the counter because I didn't know to just walk up the register and ask for my order. No sign or anything explaining that call in orders are supposed to skip the line. Needless to say I WON'T be going back and I wouldn't be the least bit sad to see Brooklyn Bagel and the chick behind the counter to pack up and head back to NY. And New Yorkers wonder why true Floridians don't want them here.

I read the reviews and have known the owner for years. Although I eat bagels very sparingly the coffee is awesome I love the variety to choose and being able to serve myself. Bagels are fresh and tasty and the owner has donated bagels to my daughter school on a regular basis. I have been here many times with my family and have never experienced the negativity others are posting. Maybe they have this location confused with another. Don't hesitate to give them a try. We love it. We dont mind paying for something that is worth the money. And it is.

My family and I love Brooklyn Bagels. The service is great. The bagels are fresh.The staff is fun and friendly and accommodating. Great menu. Definitely a gem in Wellington, Fla.

Awesome, fresh bagels! Friendly, efficient service. Staff make you feel at home. Something for everyone, no matter what your diet. Clean & bright. Outdoor seating. Love this place!

When in this morning to get a toasted bagel with butter. I have been there a handful of times over years. Handed me the bag and I looked in to make sure there was a napkin. Absolutely disgusted to see a live ROACH in the bag. Lady took the bag and told women behind counter to make me a new one. I don't think so.just asked for refund and will never return. Was handed refund money as if no one was surprised and/or concerned.

Don't confuse this place with the Brooklyn water bagel companyits not even close.overpriced and people working behind counter couldn't get order straighti would rather go to dunkin donuts

slow, no customer service, order begal with cream cheese, got cold non toasted, bagel was like chewing on a piece of leather, over priced for begal and small container of mo juice. will not recommend. store looks old and delaptated. needs upgrade.

I've been coming here for years and the staff is like a second family. The food here is amazing and the staff is always doing kind gestures. From throwing in an extra muffin or giving free water when I am on a run. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast

In all honest It was a disagreement you can post the footage if you need too. But your the place to go to I love it I love the food it's great I just had the disagreement with one of your employees and honestly I felt like it wasn't far to rate your business a 1 star so I I'm changing my review
