  The Deli wait is 15-20mins everytime I go - this is unacceptable. Many of the staff members are rude. The service Publix use to extend is no longer provided. The sad thing is it does no good to point out the issues to management because they are condescending, and part of the problem. Sadly, the Okeechobee Rd, and Royal Palm Beach Blvd store is the same. So, there are few things I can only get at Publix, and the rest I shop at Winn Dixie, Target, and Walmart Grocery. If I can shop elsewhere I do, as a consumer I do have to be treated poorly. This store is always out of sale items and attitude is oh well - "come back tomorrow when we have more if you really want it." As a handicapped person it is difficult at times to get out, so this response is received poorly by myself.

  I only stop at this Publix for a sub combo. Why? Because this Publix has a dining room where you can sit and enjoy your sub, chips, drink, etc. *Every* Publix should be remodeled to have a dining room like this one does.

  Only went to buy dog food and dog treats. However, a bag was in the wrong place. We thought the price was $6.19 or something like that for the dog food, but it rang up $11+. I had to buy a cheaper version which was behind the one I originally chose. No worries. The cashier made the necessary changes. I am on disability and can not afford the most expensive ..even though DOGS deserve the BEST!

  Love shopping there (specially the bogo). The stores are always clean, employees are friendly and their product selection is awesome.

  Usually find what i need. Could supply more good vegan food. Fruits and veggies are fresh. Well displayed and of good quality. Do most of my shopping there. A little higher priced than the others but i like the store.

  Tina you must be talking about another Publx , I have been shopping at this store off and on for a while. This store has been open for sometime now.
  
  What I like most about this store is it sometimes or at least whenever I have been there early in the morning they are open earlier than 7am-by at least a few minutes. I have been to other supermarkets including publix first thing in the morning and you have to wait for them to decide to open.
  
  Staff I run into is usually nice and always say hello.
  
  Only suggestion I have is - don't know which manager it was - but if you need to speak to an employee reference something they did incorrectly - take it to a private setting-don't do it in front or near customers and other employees on the sales floor. I am not saying they did not deserve it and consider that-maybe it might have been a one off day thing or it needed tending to right away - but it appeared the manager/supervisor had just came in the door and ran into this employee who was already working.
