Been going here for a few years and have been happy. But, when you call in to move your appointment to an earlier time and they don't notice the "double booking" when you appointment is three hours away, and then call you 30 minutes prior to cancel your appointment due to said double booking, that's a problem. Clearly I was pushed out by a friend, someone spending more money, or sheer laziness at the end of the day and wanting to go home early. Done with this place.

Florencia was a miracle worker, my hair was a disaster and i was at the point where i just wanted to cut it all off, Flo re assured me she could fix my hair and in less then 2 hours my hair was beautiful again, i know hairs not a big deal but i almost started crying at the difference she made. I have never been happier with a hair stylist and felt like i was really taken care of from A-Z here, ontop of that the owner herself is a wonderful woman and a family name in wellington. Thank you again for your wonderful service!

Finally found a hairstylist who does a great job. I've been to 7 other hairstylists over the past 2 1/2 years. My search is over. RHONDA does a great job - consistently. She came highly recommended . I am super pleased. If you don't remember her name, just ask for the stylist with the long red hair! Staff at Sam Jons (Wellington) is very nice too! ~Kathie

Florence has been my hair stylist for 20 plus years. She is always so pleasant when I see her and I LOVE how great my hair looks when I leave!! I never have to worry about my final results because I know I am in good hands with Flo!! Sam Jon's is kept very clean with lots of magazines to ready while waiting for your color to process. The front desk staff is always very friendly when you visit as well!! By far the best salon in the area!!!

Florence has been cutting my hair for over 20 years and no one cuts my hair as great as she does. My experience at Sam Jon's is always very enjoyable. Florence and the team at Sam Jon's are all very friendly and provide me with top notch service. When I am in Florence's chair I can relax because I know I am going to walk out feeling and looking great. -Dan
