My doctor and the staff at this practice have always been incredibly professional and courteous. My doctor has gone above and beyond to understand my health conditions and find the best treatments possible. I have always felt welcome and valued at this practice.

They rescheduled an appointment that I had made twice. Both times, when I was unable to make the rescheduled apppointment time THEY gave me, I was told the next available appointments were not for at least 3 months out, even though my original appointments were that same week. Their office was continually disrespectful and did not make an effort to work with me at all. Do NOT try this office if you are shopping around for a new doctor.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and each visit is worse than the last. Parking is a nightmare. It took 25 minutes to find a spot, I even called and said I was running late because of their parking situation. When I get there they inform me they may not be able to see me. Even though it was not my fault and their parking ramp is unbelievably small. I get to keep my appointment, but at the end they screw up my prescription. They called it in wrong or something. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me they need to clarify some things with my doctor. This was at 10am. I call back at 2pm and they still haven't heard from the doctor. I finally get a hold of the office around 2:30 And they tell me they've been too busy to fix the issue and it will "hopefully" get done by tomorrow morning. I paid for my appointment to not even have it done correctly? Take 30 seconds to call my damn pharmacy to straighten out my prescription! The lack of care and professionalism is inexcusable.

This practice was great for years until recently. There is a complete lack of communication between staff members about policies and procedures. My whole chart was mistakenly given to another patient and I received hers after a visit. It is difficult to get a same-day appointment or even anything within the week. My last visit was required by a new physician for a medication check and she then refused to refill the prescription that I had been taking for several years and wanted to put me on something else. I was misled then billed for the visit without getting the care that I needed. I will be changing practices and do not recommended this one.
