Awesome place I just wish the employees were a bit friendlier. I just assume some were having a bad day mostly :) I do love the nativity scene selection. We got a wood carving musical scene with Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus plus an angel ornament with the nativity on it. Our little one loves it.
Thank you for the response :) I think it was just someone having a bad day we did try coming again and loved the time there, thanks again.
I'm sure this can be a wonderful shopping experience for people that actually enjoy this horrid holiday. I was forced to join my wife in this madhouse rude patrons. Yes, they do have an amazingly awesome selection of any ornament imaginable. However, the true meaning of Christmas is lost as soon as you pull into the parking lot.
Honestly, Bronner’s is a Christmas wonderland! I was so happy with the extremely large variety of decorations they offered! You can honestly spend a full day here planning your perfect Christmas. Pricing varies. Some ornaments can get a bit expensive but I am truly happy with all of the nautical, sea themed and military themed ornaments my husband and I purchased. However, I was a little disappointed in the options that were offered for South America. With the large variety of ornaments I would have hoped to at least see something other than taco ornaments. I mean there are islands, fruits, and animals that are native to South America. Maybe I will see a larger variety the next time my husband and I return?
Stopped on my way back to Ohio on a Sunday afternoon (12/3). The place was a total zoo of people! They have everything you can imagine when it comes to Christmas though. Every style, every specialty. They have a lot of personalization options, ornaments themed from other countries - I can’t even explain all they have. A very cool trip. I’d be interested to see if it’s so crazy in the off season. They’re open 361 days a year!
Even on a super busy day all the employees were so nice and helpful. I got lost without my cellphone from my husband and a woman working there went out of her way to help me be able to call him. She was so nice and understanding, when I felt so vulnerable. I'm so thankful for her helping me. I love this place. Oh and Santa was great with my toddler too.
It was a magical experience. I felt like a child again.
My only advise for consumers if you do not like a hug crowd dont go when they first open up. I recommend waiting to go later.
We went there twice in the same day. Our first visit was when they opened up. It was so hot and crowded we had to leave.
When we come back the second time, later in the day, the experience was 1,000 times better!
Words cannot describe our experience, it was so incredible. We have been here twice, and brought the kids(teens) for the first time. They absolutely loved it. You could spent so much time here. The staff are so friendly. We drove all the way from Ontario Canada just for this store, and it was more than worth the drive. Thank-you
One of my favorite places to go! I love this place. I have only been here a few times & wish I could come more often. There is so much to see. The layout is a little confusing because there isn't really a flow to it. I feel like I always miss something and have to go back. I love the Christmas and Halloween villages. There is definitely something here for everyone. You can also get certain items personalized for no charge. This place just gets you in the spirit! I would definitely go back again & again!
I am not sure how they keep it so clean. There is no dust on any of the displays or shelves. I need to know the secret!
The most wonderful place all year. If you are visiting I encourage that you either stock up on caffeine or make two day thing. This place is so big(obviously) you are bound to miss something. There is an ornament for every occasion. The only only bad thing is. There were no carts to contain a child from running lol.
I sure felt Christmas-All-Year-Round at this gigantic Christmas store, both indoor or out, the joy started from the numerous huge bill boards more than 20 miles away and became amazed on its probably one-of-a-kind scale at its parking lot - easily kills half an hour just photographing outdoor. The excitement continue right at the first step indoor, lots of sparkling decorations, lights, each tells a festive story, size of store is comparable to a theme park, so have your camera ready, be prepared to snap loads of photos and enjoy a great variety of fascinating crafts at every angle. Staffs were helpful & friendly, the only drawback was the price tag of the ornaments, but it is at your discretion whether to open your wallet or not. I wished I could have afforded more time there and it certainly was an highlight of my trip.
I came to Bronner's with high expectations. The store was nice and had many ornaments. Since I am Polish and my grandparents from Germany and Slovakia, I bought 7 ornaments.
When I went to the cash register, the cashier started stuffing 2 ornaments per box. I told her not to since I was afraid that they might break. She told me that she knew what she was doing.
In the car I was sitting in traffic and decided to open several boxes to look at the ornaments. 4 of them were broken. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had to pick up my kids I would have gone back and complained to a supervisor.
I am so disappointed. I spent over 60 dollars and 4 ornaments got broken. I advise everyone to not shop there. The cashier ruined the whole experience for me.
If you love Christmas and everything Christmas related there is no better place to be. Can't come to Frankenmuth and not stop here. Employees are always kind and helpful. AMAZING selection and there is no way you can go here and not find at LEAST one thing you can't leave without.
Awesome place. My girlfriend loved it. It was so big I had no idea where we were when it was time to go home.
This is such a wonderful place to visit for those of us who love the Holiday season. They have an ornament for everything. Some of the best gifts I've ever given my friends have come from Bronner's. You're going to have to visit more than once to see everything and you're going to want to go back as the ornaments change.
I've been all over North America and there are few places that are truly magical, but Bronner's Christmas Wonderland certainly stands out as one of those few.
From the very moment you enter the main entrance and smell the familiar scent of gingerbread, you know it's home. You are greeted with smiling faces, bright lights and EVERYTHING related to Christmas. There's something for everyone and it's rather easy to spend hours going through each section.
For lovers of anything Christmas related, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is undeniably extraordinary.
