This theatre is always clean and has friendly service but today they went above and beyond. They were showing polar express for free and after the show they had a jingle bell for all the kids when they walked out!! very magical!!!
NCG Trillium Cinema is a very good theater. It has 14 different theaters and 2 IMAX theaters. The popcorn is good, especially when you add toppings to it. Nice touchscreen vending machines. Great theater experience, especially since you get to choose where you sit. Get there early, though, because it gets VEEEERY crowded. Free popcorn and drink refills :)
Great popcorn! I am so happy they added butter behind the counter for when they fill the popcorn. They have the coke machines that give you thousands if drink options. They have a lot of theaters to allow more seats for busy movies.
This is a nice, clean theater. They offer movies in 3d and Imax, and they have plenty of screens. I would always suggest getting a seat ahead of time because the theater does fill up fast, and they don't have the option of choosing seats on the computer. So if you don't get there early you will most likely end up right in the front with your neck cranked back trying to see the full screen. The prices are also a bit outrageous, and the popcorn hasn't been very good the last few times I went. All-in-all, if you want to see a movie on the big screen, then this theater will do, but I would plan ahead for it.
Large selection of flavors for popcorn. Clean bathrooms and theaters. Lines progress at a decent speed when queuing to make a purchase. Soft seats with armrests that raise up. Just slightly higher prices for movie tickets compared to other theaters in the area.
I love coming to the theater because the seats are big and roomy and there are plenty of different kinds to catch the shows get here before noon on Saturdays you can get a ticket at the price. If you come on Tuesdays, that is there discount day. The best part about NCG Theater is there are free refills on pop and popcorn.
This theater is beautiful on the outside. Has kinda an art-deco, movie set, like appearance. The inside is very modern and nice. The downside I have for this place is 1) they don't staff enough during busy times so you have a decent wait on a busy evening 2) and this is the big one, they no longer turn off the lights for the show, they simply dim them! We have been to two shows now there and both times the lights simply dim. I don't know if this is for safety reasons being so close to Flint or what, but it makes for a very un-enjoyable movie experience for me. I went so far as to leave the show and talk to a worker because I thought it was a glitch! Nope, they always leave them on. Maybe I am weird but I have very good peripheral vision and it is incredibly irritating to see two relatively bright lights on either side of the screen while the film is playing.
Dirty floors. Stale popcorn. Uncomfortable chairs. Crowded theaters. No assigned seating. No bar. No recliners. Long lines. I didn't have my rewards card but had the number and they couldn't use it. They need to get with the times. Only thing good maybe is the IMAX.
Always clean. Parking lot is well lit and the prices are on par with other theaters. My kids love the popcorn flavors and soda machines.
Nice theater. Poor traffic flow inside and its often very busy. It does have the only image around though.
A good movie theater. Nice seats and screens. Food a bit pricey but free refills.
The best theatre for miles around! Staff is always very young but very polite. I've never really had problems. It's so nice having a local theatre of such high quality!
This place is freaking awesome. The way it is set up is very customer friendly. Self serve pop machines as well as popcorn flavor/butter stands are fun. Big displays and set-ups for upcoming movies look great and are placed strategically for the best impact. Seats feel great even after being in a 2+ hour movie. Screen is huge even though I didn't see an IMAX movie. I will be going back
Great theatre with comfortable seating and solid screens and sound. Losing one star because of cost. If this were abnormal it would lose more stars but that is life at the movies these days. Saw Dr. Strange in IMAX 3D very recently. 2 tickets a large popcorn and two drinks.$43 dollars That is hard to swallow. Dinner and drinks before the movie were cheaper. Again, modern cinema. Overall no complaints. Friendly staff and lots of choices at the snack bar.
