Briggs did our living room years ago and did a fantastic job, so we decided to have them do one of our bedrooms. He came out and gave us a good price and said it would be about 3 weeks before he could do it. Which was fine with us. We removed everything in the room and the carpet the night before. There was a big stain on the floor which we had forgot about. He said that it would be better to replace the floor and said he would call the next with the estimate the next day. That was on 7/21/17 and we haven't heard back from him and today is 8/16/17. I have called and left 2 messages, one which was to ask if he wasn't going to be able to do the job. My dad has used Briggs for all of his floor on needs and like I said they did our livingroom in the mid 90's. I am very disappointed.

My floors looks great!! We just moved into a house and the floors were stained in the bedrooms. We decided to refinish. Steve gave me a great quote. Also, after mentioning the comapny my mother in law and a family friend both recommended him. When he came to our home the price he gave was 400 cheaper then what he said. I originally had him schedule out a bit, but we were closing early on our home. My husband wanted floors done sooner and Steve was able to do so. We told him how we wanted it to look (a darker chocolate brown) and he devilered. Thank you for making us proud home owners.

This company took a very cat and dog urine stained floor (dining room, living room and hallway) and made it look gorgeous! Best of all they sanded and sealed away all the smell!! Very professional, on schedule and cleaned up beautifully!

Briggs does amazing work. My floor still looks amazing after over 10 years! Steve is friendly, prompt and professional and was really good about keeping me updated on all aspects of refinishing my hardwood floor.

Will never hire Briggs flooring for anything. He came out to my house 9 days ago. Was to get me the estimate within a few days. Never heard from him. Left numerous voicemails that went unanswered. Finally called the emergency number when I was told I would receive the estimates within 2 days. No email, no phone call. There is ZERO communication from this company. I have just wasted almost 2 weeks on this company!!
