Wow !! I was so surprised when I went into the store, the place is huge and they have a tremendous selection of gowns. From the moment I went in I knew I would find the gown I wanted for the ball. The staff was great and very helpful without being pushy. I will be telling everyone I know to go there.

Best experience. Everyone was WONDERFUL.! I even met the owners. The staff was gathering around the owners and all were so uplifting. Even this heavy set black woman was just leaving but she was hugging the owners. Found my gown and had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! All for under $1000!

I visited the Bridal & Formal Center last weekend and had an amazing experience! They have many options for wedding dresses, varying in prices! There's a 'couture' room in the back - it's a must see! Katelyn helped me that day and opened my mind to lots of different styles. She was very patient as I was there with my mom for four hours! Finally, I said "yes" to the dress! Thanks to Katelyn, I was able to find the dress of my dreams!

I want to thank Ms. Dana for helping me tonight. I have been looking at particular bridal gown online by Allure. After trying on several gowns, Ms. Dana said I'll be right back. My goodness she came back with the gown I had been looking at online. I cried, it was everything I wanted. She was patient and very help. I'm soooooo happy. Thank you so much. I'll be bring my bridesmaids in for their gowns too.

I stopped by today and only had about an hour to find a formal dress for a special event. Dana was the person who helped me and she was incredible!!! I shared with Dana exactly what I was looking for in regards to style, budget, and fit and she was able to help me find numerous dresses that were beyond my expectations! I really appreciate her professionalism and knowledge and just overall kindness! She helped me so much and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this business to others and use again in the future if I ever need another dress, alterations or accessories for an event!! Thank you Dana!!!

Excellent customer service. Katelyn was my attendant and I must say she was just amazing. Very understanding and helpful. She paid close attention to every detail and the experience was priceless. She helped me picked every dress for all my wedding entourage and great prices.

I went to David's Bridal earlier and they were rude and not very friendly. I went to Bridal and Formal and Katelyn waited on me she made my experience wonderful for my wedding renewal I selected a beautiful dress and Katelyn was a great help in my selection. Thanks Katelyn

The bridal and formal center is a wonderful place to find the perfect dress. My fiance and her family came in and almost immediately found the one. The staff and owners were a tremendous help. You can tell they have passion for what they do and it makes the experience so much better.

Big shout out to TAYLOR, CONNIE, LIDIS, & ELAINE (spell check) They were so much help and super nice. They actually took the time out to get to know me. I went in during the season of prom even though I was looking for my wedding dress. They made feel so special!!! I didn't feel like I was fighting little teenagers for attention and assistants. Also I ended up picking the total opposite of what I thought I was looking for before I entered. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Love this shop!!!! It is truly a one place stop for all your formal needs. I have been shopping here for years!!! I have bought all my pagent and prom dresses from Bridal and Formal. They have a great selection of jewelry and shoes as well. For my wedding, I found the perfect dress, shoes, which the owner even dyed to match my bridesmaid dresses, veil, jewelry, tiara, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, mother of the bride and groom dresses, and even the crinoline to go under my dress! When you go in there, ask about their cups! They are amazing!!! I love how the owners are even on the floor helping out customers!! They are the sweetest couple and truly want to help you find your dream gown.

I can honestly say that this establishment is one of the best formal attire stores in Eastern Carolina. I have met both owners and in my opinion you can definitely tell that they care about their customers and their staff. I absolutely love this store!

I LOVE the Bridal and Formal center! I bought a beautiful couture gown here and could not say anything but wonderful things about my service! All of the girls were bright and bubbly and eager to help! Thy had the widest selection of gowns of any boutique I have been to, and even a great selection of plus size gowns which I have always had trouble finding at other shops in the area. Being 5'0 I definitely had to have alterations and the seamstresses were amazing. They tailored the dress exactly to my liking! And thank you so much to the owners for making my experience wonderful! They encouraged me to enjoy the experience while the staff catered to me, carrying the dresses to and from my dressing room, helping me get in and out of the gown and because of their photo policy I was ensured that I would not see a multitude of photos of others in the dress I wanted to feel unique in! Thank you so much Bridal and Formal Center, I will be back!
