Great coffee, friendly staff, excellent music.

I only wish the WiFi was more reliable.

Nice coffee shop. Usually occupied by freelancers. Tea is way better and cheaper than at Starbucks. Not sure if coffee is good. Restrooms in the middle of the shop. Staff is so so. Weekeneds are crazy so don't expect to find a place to seat.

I think this place is perfect. Lots of seating, friendly staff, decent wifi, and the layout is sublime. I can't recommend it enough to either meet up or work by yourself. There is even an outdoor area. It's great

I felt welcome even my first time. The bench in front of the window is a nice place to have a little rest and still enjoy the neighborhood. Friendly, helpful staff, reliable wifi and last but not least a good cup of coffee

Awesome food, good portion, little natural light and bass-heavy playlist (so not ideal for hardcore studying). I'll come back again.

They have free condoms in the bathroom, in case you are interested.

    Take care!

I try and not play favorites with my coffee shops, but this IS my favorite. The drinks are always on point, the playlist is so good this is one of the only places in the world I'll work without headphones, and there is a TON of seating.

Everyone that works here is very nice, welcoming, and it's great supporting Black Owned Businesses, something that makes Crown Heights so incredible. I try and go elsewhere, but always end up here to do work and have a nice Iced Chai.

Great coffee, pastries, and food. Plenty of seating and it is a great place to pull out a laptop/notebook/tablet/textbook and get stuff done. And they don't mind if you get stuff done for 4 hours.

I stopped by Breuklelen Coffee House this morning to order my usual coffee fix: a Cold Brew and an Americano.

The woman at the counter was nice and the order was filled pretty quickly. Service was better than usual.

Overall ambiance is hipster-esque which I don't care for so no extra points there.

The cold brew was light and acidic, not everyone's proverbial "cup of tea" but I liked it a lot. However, the Americano was undrinkable. The bad practice of pulling too long of an espresso shot for an Americano renders the beverage bitter and harsh.

Hope your coffee here turns out better than mine.

Probably the most accomodating cafe in Brooklyn, where you can actually get work done too. Buy something every hour if you're makin a long stay (as with any good cafe). Don't be a d*ck.

I had a hot coffee. It was satisfactory. Teas, cold brew, espresso, brewed coffee on the menu. Would recommend.

Lots of space. The front is beautiful, the back is cold and dirty. Tons of people, busy spot. Coffee was no bad, overpriced for what it was. Service was ok, not welcoming, but productive.

Great Black Owned Coffee shop on Franklin Avenue. Feels like if you want to get a seat in there you need to be in there when they open up!

Great coffee spot. Good vibes on the inside with lots of space and good music. Seating can be pretty limited as it's usually busy. The grits-kale-egg cup is fantastic, but keep in mind that food stops at 2PM.
