Have walked right by this place whenever I stroll the High Line park so many times, finally got a chance to visit. What a gem. Dark, warm wood tables and benches, terrific beer selection and good pub grub. Remarkably low-key and subdued for a NY bar/restaurant. Definitely going back in the warm weather to check out their roof deck.

Great place to hang out after work for drinks. The atmosphere is great, and it always draws a fun crowd. The appetizers are tasty and reasonably priced. I have not been on the rooftop, but I would like to go back for a drink when the weather is nice!

Great place to be after a long walk through the city and the High Line. Had drinks 🍸 and late lunch 🥙. Both perfect. Wide choice and good service. The roof bar is awesome. Great view on the river.

The place is just cool that's all there is to it even if you're not cool if you go here people will think you're cool. You can take a girl here on a date you can eat lunch or dinner on the rooftop garden that overlooks the river and then take her for a stroll in the park along the West Side Highway and she will likely become enamored with you.
There is some kind of a nightclub and a couple of different floors. It is in a cool neighborhood that is off the beaten path it is nowhere near Times Square or Midtown.
The owner is cool also so you can know that your money is going into a deserving pocket.response / report this review -

Really loved this place. It's warm and welcoming with a fantastic range of beers to choose from. If you're stuck for choice the bar staff are very helpful and will make recommendations. There's also a good bar snacks menu, the macaroni cheese was perfect. I will be back when I am next in NYC.

I'm just posting this opinion because I feel that more people should speak up in these kind of situations. I went to this bar tonight and even though it's quite cool and I was having a good time, one random guy grabbed my butt. I confronted him and he said that his hand was "just there" which was a lie he also said he "worked" there so I couldn't do anything about it . So I talked to the barman, she didn't do anything, I talked to security (it turns out that he didn't worked there but he was friends with few of the security guards so they did nothing and started saying that they saw the situation - when they wasn't even there- and that his hand was "just there"). Finally, I talked to the security manager and when he went to talked to the guy, he started being aggressive, he yelled at me, threatened me, insulted me and nobody did nothing (beyond grabbing him so he wouldn't punch me) but they let him stay there and get away with it. That's what really bothers me, we live in a world where it is ok to do that, a guy can easily get away with sexual harassment and I "shouldn't have said anything and act like nothing happened", the best part is when he tried to say I was a "crazy girl" making stories. I think that if the guys in charge of "security" don't care about people's security in the place the place should be closed!

I had a real great time here. The food and drinks here are freaking great. They have plenty of room to eat, dance and even have an event or two for your organization or a fun night out with your people. If your looking for a real cool spot, then give this place a shot.

Decent for what it is. Rooftop is good. Great views across the river albeit across the west side highway. Nice beer and snack selection. Sometimes big lines to get in and to the roof especially weekends but hey ho that's NYC

If you like racist, sexist bars, this is the spot! Clogged restrooms and even worse service. There may be a roof top, but when you're only 2 floors up, there really isn't much of a view and the other buildings block the view of the river.

After walking through the Highline park this bar was a great stop to grab some food and beverages. The staff were all super friendly and personable. They had a great list of beers and cocktails. The food was incredible, cheap in price, huge portions, and very fresh. I would go back here the next time I'm in New York for sure.

My experiencies was really bad!! The owner treated us like animals. We did not know that we can not smoke at the roof. Instead of explain us that we can not do it, the manager treated us horrible. We also want to go to the bathroom and she closed the door on our face. Also, they call security. We were nice with them and said that we deserved better service. I was already leaving, but it was very rude. Personally I feel like they treades us like criminals

Spotted the terrace from the end of my high line walk. Had to quench my thirst. While they didn't have my usual, they let me sample a couple "substitutes". One worked exceedingly well. Give it a try if you can.

Great little bar with lots of beers on tap and very simple pub food. Great place to watch sport at the weekends too. Bit of an expat vibe.
