I love Bras That Fit, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have issues because of breast surgeries from breast cancer. I am not easy to fit, one breast is much larger than the other. But they are always able to get me a bra that fits and is comfortable. I just wish they were in Battle Creek, but we'll worth the drive to Jackson.

I won't get my bras anywhere else. The customer service is top notch. From alterations to repairs they can keep your bra in great shape after purchase too. Hands down best bra selection ANYWHERE and they will order things if they don't have exactly what you want. Love this place!!

Excellent service! These ladies are amazing! They can tell cup size by looking at you! A quick measurement for the band size and they start bringing options. I'm sensitive to elastic and I talked to Shawn, the lady assisting me, about it. She came back with the perfect bra! I love it! They only had one in stock, so I ordered another. Then the next day, I ordered a third!

This is a great place. Went all over jackson looking for a bra that would fit my wife, turns out she is not the size she thought she was and found bras that fit her perfect. They have all sizes in stock and have a big variety. She is very happy and we will be returning.

I loved my experience at Bras That Fit. Staff were wonderful, I was fitted properly, and all my questions answered. Definitely worth the drive. When I had occasion to call back for a bra extender, they were kind enough to send it right out.

Horrible place. Told me on the phone i could bring back my bra that i didnt wear. Then when we came in told us no i wore it. Never wore the damn thing. Rude service. DON'T GO TO THEM!

Measured once, then basically ignored for customers theyd "prefer" to help. Told they dont have my size and told me they cant/wont order it in. Why is it called bras that fit, if they dont have a better range?

I have finally found a bra that fits! It was well worth the 35 mins drive. I'm finally feel comfortable and instantly felt I could stop researching breast reduction surgery. The last time I was fitted for at a "conventional" bra shop was a 40DDD. Turns out 34L is what I should be wearing. The ladies were kind and very helpful. Check it out.

Cone boobs and rude service! Just roll the back and tuck it in they said about the bra for under my wedding dress! No variety, had one style which gave me cone boobs. I'm a size DD so under my dress fabric would have sagged! They claimed I was size GG which fit horribly. Was told they have a long waiting list so if I don't like that style it's too bad. She said list was "this" long. I'd rather you had showed me a pretty option for bra than your list for miles. Ps: I called David's Bridal and shared my story. They have strapless bras and seamstress will gladly alter. And I was a perfect fit in a smoothing, not cone shaped, DD!

This is a no frills shop, but don't let the appearance fool you. The knowledge, selection, and skill are top notch and blow away trendy "Pink" boutiques. They expertly fit and custom tailor bras to every size. We drive over an hour to shop here to fit our impossible to buy for 28-F. So glad we discovered them.
