It was after 6 on Sunday, menus were dirty, floor was dirty. You can see in the kitchen floors were dirty. And then there was the food some of the lettuce leaves in particular the red lettuce leaves were wilted. Steak was pretty much tasteless. Waitress was okay though.

The service was bad,I waited for 25 minutes before I was even offered drinks or bread then we waited another 25 to get the food which my order was incorrect and the appetizer was cooked to hard. The customer service was disappointing. The manager did offer a free appetizer which we did take,it came out after the main course. The parking lot was very icy and unsafe,Overall I was highly disappointed with everything,I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Usually the best steak in townbut today they fell short. I still enjoyed the meal, but had about 3 ounces of thick fat on my 11oz steak. The Blackberry IPA was great!

Took a big group here to celebrate my son's birthday. They had our table ready! Our waiter was attentive. Our drinks were great, love the trashcan. Food hot & correct. Individual bills were correct. Great experience!

Excellent food! Superb service! Very clean environment. Reasonably priced. I was very impressed with my server and how attentive she was without being overbearing. I definitely plan to go back.

My son, who is a picky eater loves this place so do we. Everytime we go we get great food, great service and great margaritas. My only dissapointment was to see people "vaping" at the bar where we were seated. It filled the room with a nasty vanilla-ish smell that made me get an asthmatic attack and I had to leave the room to go get fresh air and even my inhaler was no match for it. We have not been back. I am willing to give it another try for my son.

The food here is good sometimes but that's it. It's hit or miss with the wait staff. The last time my wife and I were in we had a blonde male waiter that set a cracked glass that was leaking all over right in front of my wife, shaking the moisture from his hand on my wife and table. She pushed the glass back to him and asked what he was doing, he laughed at her. The management is no better. There is a old female manager up there that is, I'm guessing the root of the attitude problem. We were charged for items not received and she acted like we were lying to her about it. I give this establishment one star, because no stars wasn't an option.

We eat here a couple times a year, and it's always hit or miss. We typically sit at the bar or in the sports bar area and have generally had good luck with craft beer selections.
Most recently, however, our dinner was incredibly neglected. Our server was nice. Friendly, if a little simple. I almost never send my food back, but my burger was so overcooked that the only flavor standing apart from the bitter char was the dirty grill aroma. Some of my toppings disappeared somewhere between ordering and getting to the table, too. Unfortunately, the second burger they sent, although complete (except for the fries they took on the other plate), was no less hammered. My girlfriend's sandwich was also missing some of its typical components, and was adorned with three sad little scraps of romaine on each side. My gut impression is that management is new or absent, which is why these sloppy things haven't been addressed. Which means there could still be a good core in the restaurant, if the belt is tightened sooner than later. Hopefully.response / report this review -

Excellent food for reasonable prices, friendly staff, watch any game televised. It's not just a sports bar, this place has legitimately good food. Every time I go I'm reminded of how great everything on the menu is. Try it and enjoy!
