Quality work, quality employees!!!

My girlfriend and I live in Illinois and drove to Denver for a vacation from 3/2-3/5. While pulling into Denver after the approximate 950 miles we had already driven, we realized our breaks stopped releasing all the way. We brought our vehicle there the next day and they did a free inspection, however, the repair was quoted more than what we could afford. We spoke to Rich, (store manager) explained our situation, and he said to come back on Monday if we wanted them to do the repair. We then called as many other shops and mechanics as we could find contact information for and was unable to find a better quote. Monday, 3/4, we went back to Brakes Plus and spoke with Rich again. Rich, along with the other employees I interacted with, were some of the most patient and understanding mechanics I have ever spoken with. We went over the original quote and Rich help us determine what was necessary for us to fix in order to get back to Illinois, as well as what we could delay until we got home. My girlfriend and I left Brakes Plus feeling confident that we would be able to make it home safe. 3 weeks and 1500 miles after the repair, the car is still driving and braking well.

The team at Brakes Plus – Cherry Creek/Glendale is comprised of automotive all-stars. Rich, AJ, and the rest of the crew do phenomenal work at reasonable rates. I live in Denver and work up in Boulder but decided long ago to take both of my cars to Rich and his team, even though it means I can only visit on Saturdays and holidays. On most occasions, the team shows me the parts they pulled from my car to confirm breakage, cracks, or rust. I always feel that I’m given great perspective regarding the operating condition of my cars, including any areas to be watched. It’s this transparent and collaborative spirit that helps this team stand out.

Recently my car would not start and being a middle aged woman, these things are scary! I looked across the street and happened to see a Brakes Plus on Leetsdale so I walked across the street, nervously anticipating the outcome. The staff was friendly and Steve drove me across the street to jump start my car so we could get it into the shop. At my vehicle, Steve was quickly able to determine the cause of my problem. It turned out to be a loose connection on my battery. He got my vehicle started and we drove to Brakes Plus where he fixed it in about a second! This shop is outstanding for their courtesy and honesty. They could have tried to sell me something I didn't really need but their integrity was so high that they maintained complete honesty. I was very impressed by this and the friendly and helpful demeanor of their staff. I would highly recommend this company. It is rare to find service of this caliber!!!!

I just moved here and have been looking for a shop to take my car. I've run into issues where mechanics have told me that they had to change the fluid in my headlights so, yeah, I'm always wary about new places. I made an appointment online to have my car looked at Brakes Plus on Leetsdale Dr. When I got into the shop, everyone was really receptive and listened to my poor explanation of what I thought was going on with my car. I didn't have any service indicator lights on, so I wasn't sure what they could even do. They threw it up on the lift, found a million different leaks, and really helped me out with the cost and parts. They even rushed to get my car back to me the next day because I had a meeting. Any time spent waiting, the staff was really friendly and welcoming. It felt more like a mom-and-pop-shop than a franchise. All in all, the entire experience was friendly, enjoyable, helpful, and not the least bit painful like some car shop experiences.

Rich and his team never fail to go the extra mile and take care of their customers! "Peace of Mind" is truly priceless, though Rich has always had my budget in mind. For me, they have done suspension work, engine work, oil changes and other general maintenance stuff over the past four years and multiple vehicles. Rich and his team at the Cherry Creek/Glendale Brakes Plus were excellent. Rich, the general manger, went above and beyond to diagnose my Nissan's issue. The repair needed was not related to the brakes, and yet Rich and Brakes Plus went the extra mile to partner with Nissan and complete the repair. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the help I received. Thank you all!

The managers/employees at this location truly know the meaning of customer service! The honesty and integrity I experienced was amazing. I visited this location after a different location told me I needed new break rotors on all four wheels. The manager here said to me, "That may not be true. We need to take a look at it and see if it is needed." After the assessment, it was determined that I did not need new rotors. What honesty!!! I was so happy. I loved all of the smiles too!

This team was really incredible! I'm selling my car and had a repair done, these guys told me honestly that two things didn't need to be fixed and were totally fine. I still had some repairs done and they were able to give me several affordable options to maintain the safety and integrity of my vehicle for the next owner. Rich and the staff at this location are superb. I would recommend this place to anyone. They go out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. I had to replace my battery and starter recently and the starter went out in less than a week. Rich had my car, a 2002 corolla, towed from my home to his shop. He replaced the starter with the correct one rated at 1.4 kW. He also replaced my battery cable which was heating up too much. He found the root cause of the problem an solved it. Great job Rich! He didn't charge me anymore either. It's not the first time he has made me a happy customer! Awesome! I will return for my auto repairs in the future!

I've been servicing my Lexus and wife's Honda here for years. Always gotten top notch advice and service. Recently has a humming noise in my engine bay. The manager said it's the alternator going out, could go tomorrow or last another 6 months. I decided to wait and sure enough 2 months later it failed. I should've listened to him and replaced it then. Just got my daughter a car and the brakes started squeaking so he replaced the pads front and back for just the cost of the fronts to save us $ for long standing relationship. I honestly choose them over my Lexus dealership for service.

I absolutely LOVE this location. Had a incident with insurance and management and staff went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. They fully went out of their way. They've done my oil changes and tire alignments from time to time in the past, but immediately were able to recognize when work was done poorly from past experiences and found time to meet with Insurance adjusters and myself to make sure it was taken care of! I would never take my car anywhere else! Rich is WONDERFUL!!!

This shop is outstanding; the customers are greeted upon entry. Free brake inspection and printed breakdown of parts and labor. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was road ready and safe for my wife, baby and I and that I didn't break the bank. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Brakes Plus on Leetsdale Drive. I needed an alignment done on short notice for an older car with some new hardware on it. The service was fast, cheap, and has greatly improved my vehicle's drivability. Thumbs up to the staff, and especially Mike T. who helped me out.

Very Professional. I had some of the worst service ever today at Community Auto Repair and the guys at Brakes Plus got the job done for less than half the price and they DIDN'T BREAK MY WINDOW CONTROL (or get violent with me when I innocently pointed it out). A.J. and the team at Brakes Plus have truly helped me. I went in with a serious brake issue (warped rotors) and they fixed the problem in less than three hours and I didn't even need to buy replacements which would have been much more expensive. They treated me with respect and explained exactly what was going on with my brakes and how they would fix them. I'm a delivery driver so I count on my car working properly and they did an amazing job for much less than I had been quoted from Ford and other repair shops.

These guys are awesome. They took me right on time for my appointment and it took them 20 minutes to do a minor repair/replacement on my car that other places said would take 5+ hours. AJ is great and I am definitely going back here next time my car needs service!

I had originally taken my car to another just brakes, who did a horrible job, put wrong parts on my car and would not listen when I kept insisting something was wrong and the noise my car was making was not right. I called this just brakes and spoke with the Manager Rich, even though it was not his store that did this horrible job he was more than happy to look at it. He was the one that discovered that a different store installed wrong parts and rectified the problem. He was kind, caring and was very thorough in explaining everything to me! Even though this store is far from where I live, I will not take my vehicle elsewhere!
