Found the best price on the web. delighted that Braddock motors was so close. Set up a test drive on line for 10:30 When I arrived everything was ready to go. Van was clean and ran well, when I returned the transaction went very quickly ,everything was explained clearly. A large purchase like

We love Braddock Motors. A few years back, we came here the first time because of a recommendation from a friend. We recently came back to purchase another car and we couldn't be happier. If you need a car, go see Rodney at Braddock. He is pleasant to work with, and there was nothing pushy at all. The cars are marked with the prices and they allow you to look around at your leisure. Rodney was ready and available for any questions we had. He was fair and honest and was able to get us into exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Rodney! We will definitely be back when we are in the market for a car in the future.

I must say this place was above all else. I traveled over 2 hours and bought a Dodge Journey from them. Week before buying from them I sent an email and gave them the guidelines of what I needed. John pulled 3 vehicles for me. I requested he run the credit report and have everything ready when I arrive IF I decided to go with them. I advised I would be shopping on Sat.

Sat morning I got up and dealt with several other dealers throughout that day. Some which had over priced vehicles. I gave them the same guidelines I gave John. Many ensured they had me financed yet when I arrived they hadn't even sent it to the banks yet. I walked out of 3 dealerships. I finally decided to drive the 2 hours to Braddock I had provided John everything he needed. He was trying to get me the best financing deal.

I was amazed that when I arrived he had done just as he said he had done. I took my car for a test drive and loved it. However the car wouldn't be ready that day so they provided me another vehicle to use to make the trip back up on Monday. Monday when I arrived my truck was cleaned up real nice and he had all the paper work ready. The car was priced on the low side of Kelly Blue Book and I felt it was a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and I really feel that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly buy another vehicle from here again. Best decision ever

I originally had every intent on writing a raving review until 90 days after purchasing my car from Braddock Motors my car broke down. My entire view of this dealership from that point took a very sharp dip down hill. For three straight days I went back and forth calling between he dealership and their cheap underhanded warranty and roadside assistance company. They purposely waited until Friday evening to have my car towed to the dealership knowing that it would not be worked on until at least Monday. Mind you this caused me to miss 2 days of work and they refused to reimburse me for a rental. I swear with every individual I spoke to literally BEGGING for assistance my patience went down and things went no where. My initial car buying experience was great but God Forbid your car breaks down afterward you would be better off not going through the warranty and just pay out of pocket. I have lost ALL respect for this dealership and everyone working there. I truly doubt I'll even get my car back tomorrow meanwhile that's another day of work missed and very important meetings needing to be postponed. Have your vehicle looked over by someone other than them prior to purchase!
