Terrible service took about 15 minutes to get help just to find out that they don't stock more than a single set of shelves of lace up boots very disappointed. Will never receive my business for work boots at this location ever.

My recent experience at Boot Barn: Cinch Jeans is a respected company in Denver Colorado. They stand behind their jeans with a 100% guarantee. All you have to do is bring them in to a store that sells them, exchange them for a similar pair and walk out. Cinch credits the store 100% for the old jeans. HOWEVER, Dana is the store manager and she would not take a pair of my Cinch Jeans back for exchange. She took one pair only because it showed in the data base. I had to email Cinch and tell them my experience and they were gracious enough to send me an identical replacement pair of jeans by UPS to my house and bypass the Boot Barn store. What a sad commentary on a very good store that I have enjoyed shopping at even when it was RCC years ago. Especially since Cinch basically gives them 100% credit on returned jeans.

Not a boot barn, more like a boot small shed. Should not be allowed to use the name. This is a small inside the mall store. With no selection and big gaps in available sizes.
