Food was bland. But I can deal with that, what I can’t deal with is management that doesn’t care. I had 2 cups with lipstick on them!! When I told my waitress her response was “ well it’s hard to get lipstick off of cups.” So I of course asked for a manager. After almost 10 minutes he came over and asked what was wrong. When I explained the situation his reply was “ I will talk to my dishwasher I’m sorry that’s disgusting.” Then walked away!!! I will never again go to this location. You obviously need more training! Customer service is very poor here. This is for the Bryant Irvine location

Great food and service. Lots of room if you have a big party. Though this is a sports grill and bar. Music and televisions are loud

It's a nice place to hang out with the guys. Good drink specials, and tons of TV's. Food is not so good. Except the salad, it was actually very good.

Coming from someone who has visited all the boomer jacks in DFW this one isnt worst thats for sure. The service is sorta slow but the staff is friendly, food is always good, drinks always get you buzzed. Nice vibe i like sitting outside, fun place to get a good cheap drink and some food!

Poor Service ! We had a girls night out Thursday July 13 Stephanie was our waitress and let's just say she wasn't the best. She was eager to go home which is understandable when we have a long day at work but she shouldn't reflect that message to the customer by her service. She only had 2 tables it was a slow night, she kept passing by our table but never did check on us when she passed by. My friends and I had to flag her down and call her loud and clear so she can give us a refill in our drinks, we had ice in our cups for a while until she helped us out. We also had to ask for ranch since we ran out. The last thing that really triggered me was that Stephanie did not return my change I paid 2 bills being rounded to $53 I handed her $60 cash so she assumed $7 was her tip i was more embarrassed to ask for it back so we left. All my friends tipped on their own card but usually the waitress usually asks the customer " do you need any change" at that point the customer decides if they want to tip if so how much. I usually tip fairly but it was up to me how much to tip. At the very end we asked for a picture and she was happy since she was already heading home. Maybe Stephanie would of been more helpful if we would of ate at the beginning of her shift maybe she could of been more helpful. Even the manager on duty was clowning on speaker saying that Stephanie was heading home so we needed to close our tab then Stephanie came and asked if she wanted us to be transferred to another server or if she could close our tab. That's all, we will stick to our other restaurants with much better customer service!

On 5-15-17 I was at the location On Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth TX. I was with a party of 15 about 9pm, celebrating a college graduate. There were a few hostess at the entrance. "Maliysha" immediately told us, that ALL the tables were busy and there was about more than an hour wait. She did not want to help us. Without explaining anything further she walked off the front and went to serve a table some drinks. The hostes was very rude to us.

Terrible service. Rude management. Tried to give them a second chance but the second time was even worse. If I could give zero stars, I would. Sadly I am forced to give them one.

This place is so underrated. First of all, service is always 10/10 and super fast. Faith is usually my server, she's super attentive and sweet, and all of the other servers are awesome as well. Even the manager checks on us sometimes. The fries are amazingly seasoned, and their burgers are PERFECTLY cooked to order. All around great experience, especially for a late night meal when the rest of Fort Worth is asleep haha.

I have been here many times and have always been pleased with burgers and sandwiches. Their onion rings are second to none. We ordered 3 flavors of rings today. The flavors were great. The wings were tiny. Like capon wings. Very disappointed in their choice to serve such tiny wings.
