I just called after work to inquire about tabletop gaming in the store. I'm new to Tallahassee and am looking to get plugged in to any fellow tabletoppers around the area.

The owner chuckled to himself, telling me they haven't sold games in all their 3+ decades of business.

Then he hit me with this bomb: "With that stuff we are as dumb as Hillary is fat."

I was too stunned to respond but, judging from their reviews on Google and Facebook, I shouldn't be surprised.

As stated in earlier review, the man behind the counter is a hateful jerk. Maybe he can't sell books because he makes ignorant anti Clinton remarks to complete strangers.

Great selection and has been in Tallahassee longer than I've been alive. Go check it out if you're looking for an adventure in comics.

I had to give it one star because there is nothing less than 1 star to give it. went into this store for the first and only time, will never go back, and was kicked out of the store 30 minutes before it was suppose to close! he came around a few times telling everyone in the store they were closing. they DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE! I had 30 more minutes I should have been able to browse in this book store. I can't believe a business would treat new customers this way. I have lots of books and intended to do business with these people but because of the rude way I and others were treated will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I have been going to book stores for a number of years now and never have I been told to leave the store before the posted closing time, if anything places that want your business will close the doors and allow you to finish shopping a few extra minutes after closing time. I guess these people do not need the extra business so I have found a good used book store with friendly employees. This is from my own personal experience, if you go there and like it then good for you.
