It was my birthday and the only place I wanted to go to was Bone's. They treat you like family and the service is magnificent. I had the lobster bisque and fillet mignon. My food was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I always recommend Bone's for fine dining and will continue to do so.
Exceptional service. Extremely polite and friendly, very competent and knowledgeable all around. Top-notch food as well. Steaks cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Side dishes were also excellent. Very pricey, but absolutely well worth the money.
Amazing place for any occasion. Fantastic food and service. Great wine selection.
Huge steak.. order medium to get what most restaurants would say rare. Froigrass, hash browns, bones salad, greens with bacon great add on to a steak. Will slice steak for you off the bone Great for sharing a huge 20oz steak.
Party room available for large groups.
To start, make sure you make a reservation. My buddy and I were lucky enough to be seated at the bar without a reservation. The bar did not detract from the experience. Both the food and service was excellent. Bones will not disappoint if you are looking for an upscale steakhouse.
The experience i had was amazing from the ambience to the bottle of wine. The food was perfect and my steak was cooked just right. This was my 5th year anniversary dinner with my guy so he could not have picked a better location. Oh, also try the Bone Salad it's different than what I'm use to but it was delicious.
The food was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was just as inviting as the food. Went for my Boo's birthday and she was treated like royalty. Great restaurant. Will definitely go back again.
It was really good. Service was amazing. They knew we were celebrating so gave us extra special attention. Honestly, I have had better steaks. They were still good and cooked really well. Based on the seafood appetizer, I will probably stick with seafood next time. The truffle mashed potatoes and icecream cake were out of this world.
The best steak I have ever had was at bones. Hands down. Go for the bone in filet, you won't regret it.
The waitstaff was professional and knowledgeable on all things wine, steak, and spirits. We appreciated the humor and the attention without pressuring us to make decisions.
As usual, it is a steakhouse so cost is high. I found the cost easily worth it for food quality and a high level of service. Will be returning during another special occasion.
My son surprised me with a birthday dinner. We are both food connoisseurs and enjoy not only fine dining but having an exceptional food experience. We have traveled half the world in our lives and eaten at many selected places. But this has been an exceptional joyous evening. The best dish I have had so far. From start to finish the service, bar and kitchen is phenomenal. Thank you Bones and staff!!!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The service was absolutely phenomenal. And atmosphere was great! The food was overall good. The crab and lobster napoleon with Chardonnay cream was so so delicious (Nothing else to say to this plate). Bones salad was fresh and good, but not as impressive compared to salads from other same-level restaurants. The dry-aged ribeye was also good, but we felt that it would have been better if it could have been little more aged since the flavor was not strong as we expected/preferred. We ordered Mac and cheese with bacon as a side item, and it was not so much special and the pasta itself seemed little overcooked. The mountain high pie (layered ice cream cake) was great! (After a full meal, it was a lot for two of us, so I believe 3-4 people can have it together). It was definitely a great restaurant, which made me consider giving 5 stars, but I feel that the review of this restaurant set our expectation for food too high, which is the reason that I am giving 4 stars. For the service itself though, I wish there is an option for 10 stars :)
We spent NYE here and absolutely loved it. The service is impeccable and the food was exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our experience. Prices are definitely on the high end but it was well worth it.
Bones is the gold standard in Atlanta when it comes to steaks and service. Yes, it's pricey. But it's worth it. Bones is an old school steak house with uniformed waiters who have been doing this for decades They can give you finite details about the menu, the drinks and even Atlanta.
We enjoyed our steaks, sea food dishes and desserts. One of the finest places to come for great dining experience. Nice ambiance and impeccable service.
From the moment I entered Bones, until when I placed my napkin on the table, my most recent Bones experience was wonderful. European quality service( thank you Trevor), to the meal, Bones left no doubt. Bones is the premier steak house in the South and as good as any for my money. Other than price and notoriety, Sparks, Bern's, Shula's, even Peter Luger, have nothing Bones.
“Retro Steakhouse”
This place was great. The atmosphere has a real retro feel to it. The service is amazing and the steaks are great. I think the steaks are little over done so I would order my steak a level up. We added lobster tails and they were delicious. The shrimp cocktail was awesome but also $19 for 3 shrimp. The mile high pie and pecan pie was exceptional.
