Wish they werent closing
Everything is overpriced. It's pretty obvious why they are going out of business. That are selling a 14 piece Rachael Ray cooking set for $300 and 40 percent off ($180). You can buy the exact same set at Target, Macy's and JCPenney for much less. ($130 to $179.99)
Can I give 0 stars? Customer service was the worst thing I have ever experienced. Coming from somebody who has worked in retail for years, I was not impressed at all. I was the it one in the store and passed about 3 customer service reps and not one person asked if I needed help nor did they show me where the fitting room was hidden after I had asked. The lady pointed and said it's behind the wall and I found myself walking in circles for about t minutes while she watched me. I don't recommend this store at all. I considered not even buying the jeans I purchased there because of how bad this place was. I'll probably return em. Bah humbug.
Good customer service.
Awesome store but felt empty, Saw only 2 customers in the store, the whole store feels like it's going to have a closing sale.
Attention Prospective Bon Ton Credit Card Customers: Bon Ton's way of getting customer info allows no mistakes in typing information on the credit application machine. Even when the error is immediately told to the cashier, Bon Ton's policy is to call THE BANKER, who demands information be given orally over the phone. Retyping the information isn't an option. If you don't offer your personal information for anyone to hear, a report is made to a credit reporting company, and you are told you now have bad credit! So much for customer consideration! Take note Bon Ton, you're NOT the ONLY store in town!
