Bob's Top End made embroidered polos for all of my shop employees and installers. They were fast, friendly, and efficient in getting these completed. I gave them my logo and they had shirts in my hands a week later. And they were cheaper than anywhere I looked online.
They gave a me a great deal on snag resistant shirts and everyone looks very professional. The guys were happy too since they have moisture-wicking fabric instead of cotton t-shirts.response / report this review -

REALLY disappointing. I have been going to Bob's Top End since I did my internship at Beasley and I used to go there to pick up our T-shirts. Always thought they were so nice and accommodating.
I called today at around 3PM EST. I wanted my logo printed on two plain t-shirts (actually just wanted the logo pressed..which means it can be done at home in five minutes and probably at Bob's in 2 minutes).
I asked them to please see if they can get it done for me today by end of day. The girl and I were on the phone for about 20 minutes and it seemed we had an agreement that the shirts would be done by end of day today.
After sending the logo file in multiple formats to ensure I made it easy for the pritner I waited 20 minutes and called back.
The girl who answered had an attitude and told me that there was absolutely no way she was 'gonna get it done today'. Not only that but she tells me she won't have anything like that done until END OF NEXT WEEK! HORRIBLE TREATMENT, AND I FEEL BAD BECAUSE THE OTHER PERSON I WAS SPEAKING WITH WAS JUST AMAZINGLY ACCOMMODATING BUT THAT DESIGNER WAS RUDE, AND LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND COST THEM A BAD REVIEW! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BOB'S ANY LONGER. THEY ARE BETTER THAN THAT! HOPEFULLY THEY MAKE SOME CHANGES SOON!response / report this review -

You couldn't ask for a more wonderful experience! BTE has the most accommodating staff & best customer service I have seen in years.
We have a large company with multi business names, multi shirt types, size ranges, colors, etc. (not an easy group). Not a problem for these ladies, they ran with it and the shirts we got are awesome!
Not to mention we got them in less time then expected, thank you so much! I will recommend Bobs Top End to everyone I know & then some!

I commissioned a small order of just 12 shirts and 2 colors from Bobs Top End. They require a 50% deposit which is normal, I gladly paid and was told my order would be ready in a couple of days, this was not the case by any means. I called to check on my order in a couple of days and they haven't even started on the artwork yet I was told a couple of more days, well here we are 3 weeks later and still no shirts. I asked for some compensation for the lengthy time it was taking them to complete my order they would not even consider it. So I asked for my deposit back and the lady told me my shirts would be ready tomorrow, I said no thanks I just wanted my money back they were more than happy to give me my money back which tells me they haven't even started on the shirts yet. I would stay faar away from people that do business this way.
