BEST company in the Des Moines area!! Had a clog out by the street. Mark came out and resolved quickly. Highly recommend this locally owned business! They are by far, thee best…. compared to competitors that would not come out on a Saturday and wanted me to wait 2 weeks on an emergency situation! Thank you Bob’s Sewerooter Service for prompt and excellent work!

Steve was amazing! He was able to quickly fit us in for an emergency service. We received quality and honest service and will be using Bob’s for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Had a toilet that was intermittently not working and I thought it was a clog deep in the pipe that I couldn’t get to with my toilet snake. He heard me out, then recommended checking inside the toilet for the blockage first, before he came out. Sure enough, that was my problem and he passed on getting paid. I’ll go to him again next time and his advice will translate to paying work. Thanks!

The sewer line for my home was backing up. Steve was prompt, professional, and very personable. He had also taken care of us a couple years prior for the same issue (tree roots blocking the line), and it was a positive experience as well.
