Aaron did a very good job helping get me checked in for my recall service appointment. In the process it was discovered that my battery was also in need of replacement. They were able to get that work done quickly as well.

Kyle was very helpful in the entire process! Unlike my previous buying experiences, the entire process was very quick with little waiting around time. I would highly recommend working with Kyle when looking to purchase/lease a vehicle at Bob Rohrman Honda.

Randomly decided I wanted to buy a new car, so I went to Bob Rohrman Honda and Chris White promptly approached me. We sat down and went over things financially and started our search for the perfect car from there. It took me awhile to make up my mind, but Chris had no problem dealing with my pickiness and let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. Ended up finding the perfect car for me and I couldn’t be happier!

My car doesn't start sometimes it sounds like the starter is bad, it usually turns over twice then won't turn over again. If it doesn't start on the first two turnovers it will stop turning over. I needed to drive to North Carolina this past weekend so I wanted to have it fixed before i went. I took it to autozone they tested the battery and starter for free and told me both are fine. When i went to leave autozone and my car wouldn't start again. The person working there told me its most likely the starter even though it doesnt show that its broken on the system. I was eventually able to get it started and take it to bob rohrman where I set up an appointment and asked for a new starter. They told me they could test the starter, battery, and alternator for $50 and tell me if anything was beginning to fail in any way. I overheard the sales associate and service worker talking about me and laughing. At the end when they returned my keys, took my $50 they told me everything is fine with the starting system. Not even a week later while I was in North Carolina my car wouldn't start again. I was able to get it started again and made it home to lafayette when i called bob rohrman and explained the situation. They said they could look at again but not that day I told them to drive that day thats why i set up an appointment last week and they were not understanding. That same day (LAST NIGHT) my car wouln't start for good at a gas station in gary indiana around midnight(11:00 pm). I eventually had to have it towed to a shop in gary where they're going to put in a new starter and was able to make it back to a family member's by around 3 am. F******* YOU BOB ROHRMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The process was so simple! Clay and Justin helped make sure that the negotiations and financing were painless. Derek located the exact color my wife wanted, and he had the car there when we needed it (with all the accessories installed and ready to go). Kyle was great too! Easy and enjoyable! Can't say anything better about these guys.

My Saleman Kyle was very knowable and helpful! I called to let them know what I was looking for and he had it sitting there waiting for me when I pulled in! I love my new car. I am happy with the whole experience!

We bought a Honda Ridgeline from Kyle Denny. The best experience we have ever had buying a car. Kyle Denny answered all our question;, helped us through the entire buying experience, did exactly what he said he would do for us and more. If you want to buy a Honda see Kyle Denny you wont be sorry. We got the veh. at the price we wanted and got what we wanted for our trade-in, No hassles. He is still checking with us to see if we need anything. We could not ask for more. I even called Mr. Rohrman to tell him how happy we were.

The salesman Kevin was awesome from start to finish. Very well versed in the history of Honda and the cars. He made our buying experience truly memorable. Financing was great and simple. Best used car we have ever had. Truly like a new car!!

Great first time buyer experience. They didn't treat me like a first time buyer. They took me seriously, and even let me have privacy when I needed to call my dad to make sure about some things. I really appreciated what they did for me! Kyle was my sales associate I worked with.

I had a great experience at Bob Rohrman Honda. Neal and Kyle spent a great deal of their time introducing me to the car that I was interested in, along with all of its features. Both were extremely knowledgeable. I never felt rushed to make a decision, and I feel they worked with me to make the best choices possible. I would definitely recommend them to friends who are looking for a new car, and I will return in the future.
