First and foremost I rate the customer service and I give it the highest especially Penny. She is the absolute best reason for me to drive from Clinton IN all the way there (approximately 100 miles round trip). Courteous, knowledgeable extremely helpful, she just goes the extra mile to make my shopping trip worth it. Their selection is fantastic and it's clean. I'm on my way again!

Poor customer service, rude employees. I called up there to ask a simple question about a plant, the lady cut me off midsentence, says we don't have that, and then hangs up on me. Has anyone else experienced this kind of customer service from this business?
