Went during off-hours so we didn't run into a crowd. Apparently the employees see slower hours as times to sit around with their fingers in their butts doing nothing. Children were running in and out of the Laser Maze, hitting all the buttons on the computer outside (they even blue-screened it) and no one bothered to stop them.
I paid to use the facilities and apparently I didn't need to if i just wanted to run around and do whatever with no staff to stop me.
Employee put us on a bowling lane RIGHT NEXT TO OTHER PEOPLE when there were literally only two groups there. There were a ton of empty lanes to put us on.
Not a good value and employees don't seem motivated.response / report this review -

Love going here with my family to either go bowling or play the games or for a birthday party.my kids have had their birthday party's there several times always have a great time

Games are great, Birthday Party good for kids. They served pizza and chicken tenders but I thought they should have included fries salad or something.

Had grandson's 4th birthday party here. It was very adequate for that purpose. Kids had a good time but I can't say there was really anything special about the place.

Don't ever get food there. Walked up to the counter no one else eating or ordering, placed my order which was a pizza, fried pickles and mushrooms. 2 other families ordered after me which was with our party and then some more people after that. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get our food. Went up twice to ask about our food and was told it would be 10 more minutes each time. Everyone after us already had their food and was bigger orders than ours. Finally spoke to girl back behind the window and they didn't even have our pizza in the oven. Got the hateful manager lady back there and she was so rude and was acting like it was our fault. Now mind you at this point they still didn't have our pizza in the oven. Finally another guy manager went back there and gave me half my money back and an hour and 40 minutes later we had our pizza, which I was scared to eat after we saw all those people back there laughing and staring at us. One of the problems was all the people back there were on their cellphones and also thought the whole situation was funny. Instead of trying to make things right and give good customer service that girl was so rude and hateful. Also my kids lost all that play time on their cards because of this fiasco. Will never eat there again and don't know if I will come there again period. Very rude and immature workers there in the kitchen!!

Great for the kids and adults. Would give 4 or even 5 stars if they would make some repairs to broken games and update equipment and the building a little. Needs some work. Bowling shoes are terrible majority of the video games dont work or just out dated.

Very cool and fun! All the kids love it and the grown ups can drink beer. They had Olde Hickory beer on draft. We enjoyed our time more than we thought we would. Docking one star for not offering pitchers of beer and making us buy a cup at a time.

Pretty fun place. The games area is a bit mediocre, but the bowling area is nice. The screens need updating for bowling though. Laser tag is fun.

Today I brought my grandson in to play. We were getting a card for 3 people it was almost 46.00 dollars on my card I had 45.07 says it declined. I pulled up my account showed that they took it out. When I showed proof they took it, she said we cant do anything about it. I asked to speak to the manager she came up and said I didnt have the exact I was short less then a dollar and it came up that she couldnt do anything about it even after I showed her that she took it out, she wanted me to pay another 48.00 and that I wouldnt get the other back. I called my bank they told this manager that they took my money and it was taken out, this so called manager would not let him play. She made a 5 year old cry and didnt care. This company did wrong from taking from me and hurting a little boy.If they were kid friendly they would of saw they took the money and not say this rude stuff in front of my grandson, he was going there every week and we spent money. He told us that his heart was broken and he will never want to go there. I want people to know that this place is horrible and if you ever look around you never see the employees watching whats going on around there their mostly talking to each other. This manager did not want to help she was rude to me and a lil boy. Thank you Bos for making a child cry, your place is for money and thats it. I went to walmart and make him feel better.

We decided to take our kids here on a whim because we had never been. First off, when you walk in it isn't clear where to "check in" and pay. Second, the lady who was at the desk didn't explain how anything worked so we just wandered around. There's no sign for the bathroom and we finally found it, poorly marked, all the way in the very back of one of the bowling alleys. When we went to order food there was nobody at the counter nor was there any sign of food so we weren't sure it was even open. We finally got service but it took 50 minutes for them to make 3 grilled cheese sandwiches. Several arcade games didn't work, the putt putt was lame, even our 4 and 7 year olds were bored and unimpressed. Won't be returning.

Took advantage of the pay one price and play unlimited bowling, most arcade games and lazer tag. Great family fun! The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming but all and all a fun day.
