Knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/cycling staff. Nice selection of used bikes. I found a bike I once dreamed of . actually dreamed of twice. The price was reasonable and upgrading it was quick and with a 20% discount on parts very affordable. You can trust the staff will bend over backwards to see you are pleased with your purchase.

I bought my first bike here after taking a girls bike night I think they call it. Was free to learn about bike repairs n such and after taking it I bought a used bike that works like new! Anytime I have a question, they help me out without making me feel dumb and they will always assist you! Always a help! Always a good deal! Very happy with them!

Awesome bike shop with a great selection of new and used bikes, and a great service department. Good selection of tools for DIY'ers. Had a project bike that I needed lots of little parts for, and every time they would drop what they were doing and take the time to find what I needed, even if it was a $0.50 part. Great local shop, highly recommended!

Bought a refurbished Schwinn Super Le Tour here in the summer of 2015. The staff are helpful and friendly! The bike works great and I will be back here for any repairs or new bikes.

I live in RiverWest and always make sure to support Truly Spoken. The people working there are extremely helpful and always know what they are doing. I've never had a problem with any of the work that they've done on my bike. I was in an out in just a few minutes today with a flat tire; I was helped immediately upon entering the shop today.
