They know bicycles, are friendly & helpful. Good selection of accessories at not unreasonable prices.

Staff were very helpful. My bike was making a strange sound, the staff put it on the repair stand, looked into the issue, even took it for a quick ride to diagnose. Genuine customer service. Large selection of vintage bicycles. The shop's branded jerseys looked sharp.

I can not say enough good things about this place! We have always had very good experiences with staff. We recently visited here to replace a tube on a flat tire. Later that day and a half mile into a ride, the tire went flat. We brought the bike back the next day. They inspected the wheel, put in extra rim tape and replaced the tube for free. It is inevitable your business will have some issues but it is how you handle those issues that says most about your business!

My bike was not cleaned up when I picked it up. The mirror was dirty and the handle bars were still black with grease to the point that I had to scrub my hands a couple times to clean them up. Just a few minutes extra to clean it up before returning it to the customer would make a big difference in customer service.

Visited the shop after a recommendation from a friend. Very friendly and helpful staff, answered all my questions, sent me out on 4 test rides, answered more questions and I made my purchase. There was no pressure, no pushy sales people, just great customer service. I can see why my friend recommended them and I can happily do so as well.

Great bike shop, with super helpful staff. I got my current bike from them, got it serviced a few times when it was going through some new bike teething issues, and would definitely go back.

I purchased 2 bikes from this establishment, and the staff helped me out quite a bit. Had a few issues, all were resolved without hassle. I rate 5 stars, but I now have an unnecessary splice on a cable. It's no big deal I'm just overly-picky. Between the service and prices, think I'll let it slide. Would definitely recommend these guys.
