Second time we’ve hired Barrett to get us from VPS or ECP to the beach. He is amazing. He is so patient, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We travel with children, and he is wonderful with them too. He has car seats you can reserve in advance. Last night, our flight was delayed about 7 hours. He was still there waiting for us. He checked on us periodically throughout the delay, to make sure we were good.

You cannot get a more dependable, reliable, professional, and friendlier private shuttle service than Blue Water Shuttle in the PCB area.

The owner, Barrett, picked us up at PCB on time (even though our chartered flight was running late). He greeted us with a smile, loaded us up, and loved our 2 dogs too! ;-) His vehicles are very clean and nice.

We used him upon return to PCB five days later. Not to my surprise, Barrett was early and let me know that he was available if we wanted to depart earlier (which we did). Again, very friendly and professional service all the way around.

I strongly recommend Blue Water Shuttle and we will certainly use them again on our return visit next year.

Wonderful experience! I messaged Barrett the night before after being unable to pre-schedule my usual rideshare service. Barrett responded quickly and professionally. He arrived promptly for my scheduled departure and was extremely courteous. The large passenger van was very nice and was clean too! Will definitely use again when in the area.

I cannot describe how wonderful my experience with Blue Water Taxi-Shuttle was in saving me from an otherwise very bad day. I called Blue Water for a ride from the Sheraton Bay Point to the Hertz Local Edition in Panama City Beach. Barrett was waiting for me in the lobby when I came down. He was very friendly, loaded my bags in his van, and we were off Only to arrive at the Hertz to find out that they were completely shut down (yes, I had a confirmed reservation).

Barrett got me in touch with the other Hertz in town only to find out that they did not have any cars available. He also called Budget for me but they were also out of cars. I had no other choice but to go all the way back to the airport to rent a car (my flight got delayed the night before and all the airport rental agencies were closed when we arrived). It is this extra level of customer service that really makes the difference. Barrett had another pickup scheduled after me. Even though he is a solo operator, he called a friend with another company to make sure his next ride would be picked up on time so that he could make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Barrett! I know who to call next time I'm in town (certainly not Hertz Local Edition). Can't recommend him enough.
