I loved working for Blue Ribbon. Some of my co-workers have been working here for 30 years. I have worked there many times and they have always been open and honest about my schedule and pay. I have read some of the other reviews and can't believe they are talking about the same place. I feel the rides we offer are a great value and the view of the city from the carriages never disappoints my customers.

Very poor place to work. They are very unprofessional and very unorganized. The staff lied constantly about pay and hours as well as forgetting scheduled rides and turning down rides. Rides are cut short and they charge more than yellow rose and competitors. All around waste of money

Good experience. Stacey had 4 additional blankets to keep me, my wife and our LO warm. It was very relaxing mixed with some good general information about Indianapolis. Please tip well. They do a great job.

I made a reservation for my family. I wasn't sure what to expect since we have never been on a carriage ride before and it was the post Thanksgiving weekend. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly, informative & extremely helpful. We arrived at the pick up location and the carriage was waiting for us. The driver was so nice and told us things about the city we never knew before. They even took our picture with the horse and Carriage. My kids loved it and are already asking to go again. The carriage ride was a great way to experience downtown. Great Family Experience!!!

On Sunday Nov.30 2014 my wife and I reserved a carriage ride for my 85 year old grandmother. She had been on a carriage ride a few years ago and wanted to experience another ride.

My wife called and booked a carriage ride for 5pm. The person on the phone was very helpful. We were told to be at the pickup site 10 minutes early because the carriage ride would begin at 5pm sharp.

We went to the pickup site at 20 minutes early. We waited till 5:20pm. The carriage did not show up.

Blue Ribbon Carriages had sent us an e-mail confirmation. The person on the phone was helpful and polite. They were told this carriage ride was for an 85 year old passenger. We were shocked and disappointed when the carriage was a no show.
