  Your agent listened to my wishes and parameters and came up with a vacation plan. It took 4 revisions but she was never short with us and wanted to be certain we were pleased. I relied on her expertise as we are not familiar with international travel. She was mindful of our budget and our interests and we are truly excited for March to arrive and put the plan into action!

  I met Nikki Gott one of the owners at a luncheon I was hosting. I had recently moved to the area and didn't have a travel agent. My husband and I travel often.
  
  I liked Nikki and gave her a call and told her what I was looking for. Within several hours she sent me several options and by the end of the weekend I booked a trip.
  
  Her and her husband had been very responsive and checked in with us all the way until the day before we left.
  
  Once on our trip we experienced some issues with our resort. I sent a email to Nikki and she responded right away. Her and her husband spent several hours trying to get our issue taking care of. The resort was not cooperative. No fault of the Gotts. When we returned from our trip we came back to a card and a gift card from them apologizing for the issue. (Again this was something not I. Their scope or control). They are still working with the resort to try and do something for us. I found this to be amazing customer service and I will he singing their praises to everyone be I come across!

  Nikki from CruiseOne presented us options within our budget and time frame while giving us the confidence that she'd find us a great cruise. She was just as excited as we were to know our vacation would be fantastic.

  Our family planned our first cruise experience through Magnified Vacations Cruise One. They made it SO easy! Will and Nikki shared in our excitement, provided necessary advice, notified us of travel alerts and even sent us surprises in the mail. I don't know why anyone would try to plan a cruise or vacation alone when this wonderful service is available and costs nothing out of pocket.   I recently contacted Nikki and Will to help us book our 2nd vacation with them. Each time we have used their services they have been fantastic to work with. And very patient with everyone in our large group this time around. They are simply the best!

  After much research on our own, can confidently say that working with Stephanie meant that we received the benefit of a vacation expert without paying more than we would have if we booked on our own.

  A close friend died unexpectedly on a Wednesday. I found out the next day that the wake and funeral were on Friday and Saturday. I really thought that I was going to get raked over the coals by the airlines because I was booking a flight at the last minute, but needed to book a flight right away regardless. I remember meeting Will Gott at a networking meeting and contacted him. Within an hour of calling, I had my flight booked at almost the same cost as if I had booked the flight weeks in advance. When Will asked me if I needed a rental car, I told him that I would and he made those arrangements as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything that Will Gott did for me and moving forward, I will always call him whenever I need to travel or to book a cruise. My wife and I are extremely grateful!
