I cannot understand why the folks assigned to help my mom daily 9-3pm continue to call off and there is no one sent in their place to help our loved one. We simply receive a call, stating the "companion" called off again and again. Why is there not a protocol in place to send someone to take the place of them? Who is suppose to care for "your" client that day and the rest of the week? I would love a response so the family knows what direction to take.

I have been with CCOR for almost 5 years now and love the feeling of family I get from all who work there. They care about their employees and are supportive professionally and personally with anything you need from them. Everyone works together to overcome each hurdle as they come. I couldn't be happier working for Companion Care of Rochester!

I just started working for CCOR in April and I love it . Everyone I have met have been some of the most helpful, caring and sweetest people I have ever met . They care about their employees and the people they care for . I am glade to be apart of the team 💜
