  The first time I met with Dr.Akash I feel happy & confident that, I got a Dr. Who is really caring & treated his patient Very attentively, which are expected from a good doctor.his whole team are excellent. Our all family and friends are here.I would recommend others also to come. Thanks.

  Today was my first visit there. They are super professional and fast. Not like typical Bengali doctors office where you have to wait hours to see a doctor. Loved it, going to make him my primary doctor from now on!

  The service quality provided by this doctor is far better than most doctors in this area, and I can attest to this from both health professional and patient points of view. However, it's his receptionist, Sultana Mahfuja, that takes the quality of services far below subpar.
  
  As someone who can help my mother with the management of her medications, I often step in when my mom isn't able to indicate what she needs due to the multiple meds she's on. I asked the receptionist, Mahfuja, to have a medication accessory filled since there was a change of prescriber and the doctor already authorized the main medication.
  
  What did this receptionist do? Starting from the beginning, she had the most CONDESCENDING behavior I've ever seen in a receptionist. She dared to argue about whether we still wanted the main medication even though the pharmacy had it filled. I told her I'd already discussed it with my mother (I'm a healthcare professional too) and she agreed to take the new medication after I educated her about it. I told her my mom has already settled for the new medication and that there is no need for further discussion of the first medication that the doctor ALREADY authorized. I asked to speak with the doctor, to which she said "No, you can't."
  
  So, I asked her to relay the message to the doctor about the new medication, and she continued to ARGUE about the original medication even though the discussion was PAST LONG GONE. Some of these receptionists have the audacity to act like the doctor and act as if they know more - Mahfuja, please sit down, there are plenty of people who understand just as well enough. Your condescending behavior will get you nowhere.
  
  It's a shame someone like this receptionist is tampering with the generally good quality services Dr. Akash provides. I hope he reconsiders who he puts at the front desk to represent his services.

  I see they got my review removed (as well as many, many others) so you know this place is extra sketchy.
  
  Doctor is unprofessional and genuinely unintelligent. Has no business being in the medical field. Makes wild assumptions and accusations - Example: I was diagnosed with ADHD and depression by a psychiatrist, which I provided to multiple doctors. I offered to show documentation and he said I could have paid off the psychiatrist, other doctors, and I'm illegally getting medication.
  
  His other response towards my depression was that I should "get married and have children. Then you have no time to be depressed!"
  
  Waiting room is filthy, the front desk people are rude and stare at you for no reason. You would think a doctors office would be used to people, but by their reactions, they've never seen another woman or gave her a blood test, judging by their unblinking stares. Hopefully those old women at the desk grow up before they're senile.
