  "Brandon, from the moment I called him to arrange and schedule a 131 and suspension upgrade on my 19 Road glide S, was well informed and up to date on what works and what does not. I knew what I wanted and he was great in offering his advise and expertise on this project. After about an hour phone conversation we agreed on a plan to move forward, He ordered all the parts needed and to my surprise they came in about a week. We set it up for Monday to drop off and the job was complete on Friday as promised. He went above and beyond keeping me informed and you can tell he loves his job. Well done to Brandon and his team."

  Every week my 14 year old and myself make our way to the dealership to keep his interest going. Although there is still 2 years before my son is old enough, the staff treats us like returning/paying customers. This team of Harley associates rock! This dealership is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks a million for treating my son to a future experience we all love. He has had a tough year and you all make it better. God Bless You All for caring that much.

  Every time I walk in the shop, I am greeted and treated well by every staff member I come into contact with, whether looking for a new bike, parts, clothing, or even something as small as a key chain.
  
  Update, as I went in to purchase a new bike. We needed a bike that would be more comfortable for my wife as a passenger on long rides than the bikes I already had. Heather helped us find the perfect Ultra Limited that solved all of our issues. She worked with us through the process to make sure that my wife was comfortable on the motorcycle, and that I would be happy riding it. She did not pressure us, or push, and just made sure all of our questions were answered, that we got a test ride, and that we were happy with the motorcycle we ended up purchasing. After the sale, when taking delivery she made sure that everything was perfect, and paid attention to every little detail as though it was her own bike. She made sure I was comfortable with the tech on the bike and understood how to operate everything. I left a very happy customer, and immediately comfortable with the nuances of the new bike.

  "Was in the last Saturday for a quick routine service and state inspection. Shane recommended getting there early, so I sure did! Got in early and out promptly thereafter. He even made sure to give me a heads up about how hard Id been riding and the oil condition. Love the first come, first serve Saturday and was really impressed with how efficiently everyone that was showing up, was being helped."

  "Started off a couple Saturdays ago, arrived extra early for that first come, just serve option. (LOVE THIS BY THE WAY) Wanted to make sure I was road ready for a trip the next day and Shane got me all squared away; professionally and friendly, as always! Fast-forward about 32-34 hours, returning from a great group ride to OK; took a huge screw to the rear tire, right as we exited by the house. Made the mistake of thinking it might be easier (and maybe even cheaper), to just drop it at the power-sports shop, as its literally at the same off ramp. After quickly realizing the error of my ways, Chris & Jason helped get me transported to Black Gold AND taken care of (for LESS I must add), so efficiently, that I was able to pick my bike back up the same day we confirmed service!! Not only did this reassure me about why I continue to get my service done at Black Gold; but it also guaranteed that as long as I live in the area, I will ONLY get my service done there! Strong work y’all, THANK YOU AGAIN!! And btw, if anyone reading this has NOT been to Black Gold yet; you should seriously do yourself a favor and get out there soon. The location is great, shop is extra clean, service is on point and there are quite often events out there on the weekends that you’re sure to enjoy!! "

  "I would like to say thank you the Black Gold for always being Friendly and willing to help. Starting will the service department. Jason took good care of me from start to finish, pick-up to repair and me Riding off into the Sunset. I would also like to send a big thanks to Jeff Rose and Donald (Triple) Davis in sales. One word WOW!!! This is a great tag team. I truly believe anything is possible with these two working together. They worked long, hard and did not stop until they found a deal that fit exactly what I needed. Most important, WHAT I WANTED!!! Black Gold will always be my Home. "
