My first time using this company (February 22). I got exactly what i ordered, all within about a week. $50k worth of various gold items. I've read the previous reviews and find it odd that my experience was totally opposite. I'm quite happy with what I got and the speed in which i got it.

They process your payment really quickly, but it takes weeks for them to ship your order, I have ordered from other online sites and have already gotten my packages way faster than USGB. I called today and he said I should be getting a tracking number later on this week. They take so long to process your order while you get to see the value of your order decrease while they take their sweet time. I tried calling to cancel it but it was to late in the process. As for the product i'm sure it will look new sense I ordered new stuff but who knows. Might be back again later on to give the actual product a review. Looking at your account all it shows is a green bar as far as the processing and shipping goes so there's no clear indication of where it is at. I Just recently made a second purchase because they had a killer deal on a coin that other places were selling for 10 more. I won't be as upset on that package because I know I'm getting a better deal than other places. Every time you click on something to look at it or hit the back button the pop up adds are beyond annoying. You get a free safe if you spend 8k dollars. I wasn't anywhere near that price.

I got ripped off! They sent me a sealed empty box!
No coins, no holder no invoice and no refund. I have been scammed and I filed a police report.
I'm out $796.79 and they were supposed to be insured.

This place is a scam. They print nice looking brochures which indicate the rising value of collector coins. These numbers are completely bogus. They have nothing at all to do with the real value of the coins. If you want to check this you can easily find the same grade of coins in the cases on ebay and other coin sites for a fraction of the cost. What they are doing is complete misrepresentation. If you want to invest in gold and silver, the only smart choice is raw metal at spot price. When it comes to sell these so called "collector coins" you will only receive spot price. Because people who know the business and are true gold and silver collectors will advise you of this. Don't fall for the come-on that these collectible coins have any greater than spot price metals. Unless you just enjoy sitting around and looking at them, do not buy them. They are NOT an investment. The partners who operate this company are completely aware of what they are doing, which is ripping people off with false data dressed up in pretty brochures. Don't fall for it. There is also no advantage in having a specific run of coins, unless, again, you just want to sit around and look at them. If times get tough and you really need commodity money, the spot price of raw gold and silver are all that you will be able to sell them for. Don't be sucked in by their scam, do your homework.
